15/01/2026: Had a great experience at Les Jalles in Paris. The meal started strong with a mushroom soup that was genuinely nice and full of flavor, followed by a fresh, well-balanced salad. For the main courses, the kitchen really delivered. The langoustine ravioli was outstanding — rich, delicate, and perfectly executed. The salmon fillets were also really good, cooked just right and full of taste. Overall, a solid dining experience with quality dishes and thoughtful preparation.

23/02/2026: They accommodated eleven of us and we had a meal served with excellent attention to detail, which isn't always the case. A restaurant I highly recommend. The waiter was very responsive, and we thank him for his professionalism and kindness.

21/02/2026: In a slightly kitschy setting, we had a wonderful meal! Everything was cooked perfectly, served piping hot, everything was perfect, right down to the generous gourmet coffee! And continuous service, a rarity in Bagnole! We highly recommend it.

02/12/2025: How sad to learn of the closure of Bistrot du Parc... The food was perfect, everything you could ask for in a bistro. You could go there without hesitation, for lunch or a drink, and you were always greeted with a smile. It felt like home... This is the first time I've felt so sad about the closure of an establishment. We'll miss the whole team. And especially Cédric, with his humor and kindness. Best of luck to the whole team. And good luck to Bistrot de Loulou, which is taking its place, to try and maintain the same high standards...

27/01/2026: The place is small and doesn't take reservations, but it's very nice. Four of us had dinner, and the staff were very friendly from the start. The food was delicious (magret, salmon, and tuna), and the portions were generous. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely return to this restaurant.

16/03/2026: Very disappointing!! I would also like to share some feedback regarding my experience during this meal. Given the positioning and reputation of your establishment, I was particularly surprised by the quality of the langoustine dish, which was overcooked, destroying its flesh and therefore its flavor. This is neither in line with the expected respect for the product nor with the attention generally given to the customer in this type of restaurant. In this context, a simple gesture of goodwill (a digestif, a coffee, or a similar touch) would have been appreciated. I am sharing my experience because it seems important to me, for this type of establishment and at this price point, that dishes be checked—or even tasted—before being served, especially when dealing with such delicate products.
