20/01/2025: This is a truly wonderful place to eat on the Arcachon Bay! The entire team is incredibly attentive and the service is impeccable. Everything is delicious, generous, and represents a warm and welcoming regional cuisine made with exceptionally fresh and delicious ingredients. A very reasonably priced wine list with some excellent selections. Excellent value for money in a warm and inviting setting. We had a fantastic time and would definitely go back.

13/09/2025: Meal served on the 12th at noon. An incredible wait, we were forgotten, no one to offer us a drink. Finally, we ordered after a 40-minute wait and the meal arrived at 2:30 p.m. There were 4 of us who arrived at 1 p.m. The owner didn't even accept a comment. I've been going there for several years. The food is good and simple, but for the rest, forget it. I no longer recommend this restaurant, which offers a variety of services.

18/11/2025: Superb performance by Jim Kahr, an exceptional bluesman! I can't say the same for the abominable food served that evening. A disaster sold at exorbitant prices. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I can't believe a real chef served us this horrible concoction, but the prices were exorbitant, and the owner waited for you and forced you to pay before the end of the evening. I've never seen anything like it! Avoid at all costs, and never mind the music!

25/12/2025: Excellent lunch! The food was delicious and expertly prepared by the chef, who took the time to visit each table. The service was very pleasant, and the entire team was incredibly attentive. We particularly appreciated the children's menu, which featured adult dishes in smaller portions (sea bass with vegetables and rice in our case), a welcome change from the usual steak and fries. It was excellent for all ages, in a very calm and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you!

23/10/2025: A first visit for me, great atmosphere. Delicious aperitif and appetizer, we would have liked more😅 The service was impeccable... the waiter even offered me a small plate to taste the foie gras from my darling's starter 😋 I only had a dish, a little expensive but frankly worth the price. And it's generous! Monsieur had a stuffed cabbage and I tried the Angus beef that I had never eaten and I enjoyed it, both with the grilled meat, ultra tender and melting, and with the very tasty accompanying vegetables. Crème brûlée with Collobrière chestnut cream and a little lychee rum served to finish, yum!

From the food and service to the ambiance, everything is absolutely remarkable. The dishes are sophisticated, original, full of flavor, and always exquisitely prepared. 16/12/2025: We were a couple at Au Pont M, having made a reservation beforehand. We were greeted and shown to a table directly overlooking the Lauter River. We were initially disappointed that the menu on the website didn't match the actual dinner menu. The room temperature was more suited to polar bears. 19°C is already borderline. The food we ordered was served promptly. However, the dishes were very bland. There were six tables occupied, and all the guests asked for salt. All the main courses were served with the same white sauce. My wife had cod, and I had lamb. I don't understand why the same sauce is appropriate for these different dishes. Since we didn't want dessert, the table was cleared completely at record speed. Apart from the tablecloth and a candle, nothing remained. This was a clear signal for us to vacate the table as quickly as possible. The ladies' restroom was very dirty and had to be cleaned by my wife before she could use it. In short, we won't be returning.

19/08/2025: A wonderful discovery. Efficient service with a warm welcome. The dishes were delicious and of very good quality. I particularly enjoyed a succulent tielle and a homemade Bounty and chocolate mousse, a real treat! The prices are affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed.

19/01/2026: Polidor has become one of my favorite restaurants to take my friends and family to when they come to visit. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the dishes on the menu are delicious. Very good food at quite reasonable prices.

18/01/2026: The beef tartare was inedible, so full of mustard balls. There was a piece of paper in my slice of tarte tatin. They refused to even warm the tart, so it was served cold… In short, Paris is full of restaurants; avoid this one.
