23/04/2026: Always a perfect welcome, delicious homemade food. We returned to this restaurant for lunch after a very satisfying first visit. The "roasted Camembert with salad" starter was very flavorful. The galette was generously filled and delicious. The chocolate fondant with its red berry coulis delighted my taste buds. All accompanied, for me, by a glass of Saumur Champigny. Congratulations and thank you again to the whole team. Highly recommended! 🤗

09/11/2025: Nice little restaurant; given the season, we had lunch inside. We enjoyed the homemade black pudding with mashed potatoes, which brought back memories of the good old days. Pleasant service and a very reasonable bill. What more could you ask for? We'll be back.

05/04/2026: What a wonderful discovery this Easter Sunday! They offered an Easter menu, as well as an à la carte selection, all homemade (and it shows!), which changes monthly, plus a menu featuring regional classics (carbonnade, Welsh rarebit, chicken with Maroilles cheese, beef). As the chef so aptly put it at the end of our meal, going to a restaurant isn't just about eating; it's a complete experience, and the team clearly understands this. Not only were the homemade dishes generous and delicious, but the service was impeccable and friendly, and the chef was always available to chat with us. Go there, you won't be disappointed! We, for one, will be back.

20/04/2026: Excellent! I come here quite often because I work nearby. I'm not from around here, and when my family comes to visit, I take them all to Chez Halil. They've all told me it's the best kebab they've ever had! I completely agree ✅ Super welcoming, very tasty and generously filled, I highly recommend it!

02/02/2026: During my meal at this establishment, I discovered a pebble in my plate, which caused a tooth to break. The incident was noted on-site, documented with photos, and recorded in a written statement signed by the restaurant. Medical attention is currently being sought. I leave it to everyone to judge the level of care taken in the preparation and quality control of the dishes. For me, such an experience is enough to seriously question the trust one can place in this establishment. P.S.: I don't wish to dwell on the waiter's attitude, but his first words were: "What makes me think you didn't put it there yourself?" In response to the waiter: So I deliberately put a pebble in the plate: unbelievable. You prefer to imagine an improbable scenario rather than admit or even suspect any wrongdoing; you make for a good read.

21/03/2026: Great restaurant. I've known this place for about twelve years, having lunch there periodically (a few weeks every few years), and the value for money is always excellent. It's generally best to go before 12:30 pm, otherwise it gets crowded... and for good reason. The daily specials are varied, well-presented, often colorful, and make you hungry. The food is well-cooked and the portions are just right (the croque monsieur/madame is even too generous). The starters are good, as are the desserts, which are clearly homemade and offered at reasonable prices of 5 euros. The manager and servers often have a kind word to greet customers (many are regulars), even during or at the end of the meal, despite the crowds. There's a real brasserie atmosphere, and you can feel their commitment to doing things well. Many Parisian establishments offer unoriginal, poorly presented, undercooked dishes that are significantly more expensive than this brasserie Les Marronniers in Sèvres, which should be taken as a model.
