21/03/2026: We don't know the hotel, but the restaurant is fantastic! A platter of top-quality homemade charcuterie, and the prime rib steak was a true discovery of taste and quality, once again. The welcome was very warm; it's truly a wonderful establishment. We left with a meat package ordered from their website at very reasonable prices for such high-quality products. 02/01/2026: We were fortunate and privileged to have been hosted and assisted by the Moulin d'Orgeval for our winter wedding on December 27th. The setting was magnificent, the food excellent, the service impeccable, and the evening truly magical. A huge thank you to Isabelle and Martina for this unforgettable experience and all their helpful advice. It's worth noting that the Moulin has recently hired a new DJ who is always available, attentive to our needs, and perfectly suited to the atmosphere, making the evening truly special. The dining room, spread over two floors, is small, cozy, and has a slightly old-fashioned charm. The service was very attentive, if a little slow, but the welcome was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

02/03/2026: Review of the restaurant with outdoor seating. Lunch consisted of a generous salad and a huge profiterole which we shared between three people. The cabbage was a bit tough, perhaps because it had been overheated, we were told, which is what prevented it from earning a 5-star rating.

The price is somewhat high but appropriate for the location, the service, and the quality of the food. I didn't try the tasting menu, which I'm sure would be more satisfying.

The setting is pleasant with a retro bistro feel. We stumbled upon it after a show at the Rideau Rouge theater across the square. I highly recommend this restaurant!

15/02/2026: Very disappointed. Online reservation for Valentine's Day. To begin with, it wasn't mentioned anywhere that we wouldn't have access to the full menu. The set menu was very expensive for the portion size. Both courses included seafood. I asked for no crayfish sauce, but I received it anyway. I didn't send it back because we would have had to wait even longer. We had warned them to send the dessert quickly, but it still hadn't arrived after a 35-minute wait, despite the chef coming by several times and telling us it was on its way. We left, and the waitress kindly gave us a doggy bag with our desserts. EDIT: Judging by your response, it seems unfortunately that the criticism wasn't well received. The reservation was made via Google; therefore, the information regarding the set menu wasn't included. We're not the only ones in this situation; some customers left without eating for this reason. I also want to clarify that I never said there was "nothing on the plates," but simply that the price seemed high considering the portion sizes. Being "in a hurry" (and we were there for two hours) doesn't negate the right to dine at a restaurant; we were only asking for dessert to be served quickly. It's sometimes better to listen to feedback than to dismiss it. Finally, we also found ants in a glass, a point I hadn't initially mentioned. I'm simply sharing my experience; everyone can form their own opinion after reading the comments.

I highly recommend it if you want a good, quick meal! Well done to them; I'm so glad these independent restaurants, unlike the chain ones, are thriving!
