19/11/2024: Venus à Cherbourg pour une expo photo, nous avions eu une journée chargée et à proximité de notre hôtel, sans avoir très faim mais ne voulant nous coucher le ventre vide, il y avait ce restaurant qui après consultation de quelques commentaires sur le net nous a rassuré. Bien entendu il vaut mieux réserver dans ces cas là car c'était bien plein et les salles ne sont pas très grandes. Cependant nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux et notre serveuse s'est pliée en 4 pour nous satisfaire. Cuisine exotique et généreuse que nous ne connaissions pas, un peu relevée à juste dose mais excellente. Si nous passons de nouveau à Cherbourg, nous y retournerons avec plaisir mais cette fois en réservant.
06/11/2024: Ce restaurant sans prétention apparente vous régale. Vous trouverez des plats excellents et copieux pour un prix raisonnable . Je recommande chaudement.

The boss wants to satisfy his customers and runs everywhere to avoid too much waiting.
the cuisine is very good with research, particularly for the dessert that we had….a few gold leaves….quite unexpected for a brasserie.
Bravo to the Chef as well as the boss. It's worth the detour and we must encourage them.

11/09/2024: Very happy to have restored this building in September 2001 yes it brings back funny memories we didn't believe in Woltret Center. Good work too bad I no longer have photos (company beat) frame and roof great work

17/09/2024: This establishment no longer has its former notoriety. The lunch service on the terrace is ordinary, no table set, very fast service suggesting that the dishes are prepared in advance. Mineral water served in a bottle without capsule or cork!!!! A can of sardines served as is on the table for €9.50..... Reception a little dry. Still a little disappointed.

15/06/2025: Classic cuisine with quality ingredients and well-prepared. Meat and fish are impeccably cooked.
Service can be a bit slow at lunchtime; the establishment is a victim of its own success, but the terrace promises a pleasant, friendly place to wait in peace.
I recommend it!

25/09/2024: Very ordinary kitchen. I had the menu with a salad with poultry beforehand. The parmesan cheese is in squares and unfortunately comes straight from the supermarket. Doing your own scraping would make a big difference. As a main course I had a house crepe. Nothing special. Just correct. My dessert was a crepe with caramel beurre salé. I found the pancake quite dry. It seems to me to be pre-made and just warmed up. Especially considering the very fast service. But no complaints about that. Very friendly, correct and fast service. The interior is also very ordinary. Light colors, little atmosphere.
01/09/2024: Very satisfied with this discovery, we ate very well there with my partner. Little extra that makes the difference: welcome, impeccable service and quiet terrace!

08/09/2024: Mixed opinions on the cuisine around the table: a big yes for the Iberian pork pluma and its dauphinois gratin, the suckling leg of lamb, and the prime rib!!
Disappointed with the rack of veal and the Caesar salad.
On the other hand, there is unanimity on the impeccable and attentive service! 😊
08/09/2024: I celebrated my 28th birthday last week at Vinzen, it was great! I had discovered this restaurant by chance a few days before, and their kindness and the quality of the cuisine convinced me to invite all my friends there. I had an excellent evening, the atmosphere is wonderful and we eat good homemade dishes. I loved it. Big up to Baba!!

20/08/2024: Superb address for a good meal! Not against it, I find the salad at 17e super expensive! Because looking at the plate it's clearly not worth the price but everything else was correct paying 44 e for 2 salads and 2 desserts is a shame
