29/01/2026: The dishes were well-cooked and nicely presented, but beware of inaccurate descriptions on the menu board. For example, an avocado with tuna was listed as mixed with smoked salmon, and a chocolate and citrus cake turned out to be just a kiwi and citrus cake with a scoop of chocolate ice cream. This really spoiled the experience.

10/03/2026: Fantastic place! The atmosphere is cozy without being pretentious, the welcome and service are perfect, and the quality of the food is amazing, all at a very reasonable price! And there's parking right in front of the entrance to top it all off... Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

07/03/2026: I had a wonderful time at L'un des sens in Saint-Jean-de-Védas. The welcome was truly warm and the staff incredibly attentive. The food was flawless: the dishes were flavorful, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. The only slight drawback, which justifies my 4-star rating, concerns the prices: the bill tends to add up a bit quickly if you order à la carte. I highly recommend this restaurant, but I suggest opting for their set menus to get excellent value for money!

19/12/2025: I organized a going-away party with friends and everything was perfect. The atmosphere was great, the staff welcoming, the platters and tapas were really delicious, and the cocktails were excellent. An ideal place to have a great time with friends. I highly recommend it!

25/11/2025: This is my third time at Le Piston, and it's always a pleasure. The dishes are delicious, and there are even several vegetarian options. The desserts aren't expensive, and everything on the menu seems to be of very high quality. There's a good variety of drinks, and since I went at 7 pm, I also noticed a wide selection of tasty beers that people were enjoying. Finally, the welcome is warm, and it's an atmosphere where I feel comfortable. It's a welcome change from many stuffy places in Paris where, to be even slightly jovial, you order a third, or even a fourth pint for a lighter touch. Thank you!

13/11/2025: A true neighborhood gem, the kind you rarely see. Gabbro, on Rue Saint-André, immediately exudes warmth: the communal tables make you feel like you're surrounded by friends or family. Simon welcomes everyone with genuine kindness and truly takes the time to share his passion. The wine selection is incredible, but above all, you feel right at home. A truly wonderful place.

11/03/2026: I loved this hotel; it's a beautiful, very old building. The decor is rustic in the bar and dining room (and I mean that as a compliment!). There's a grand, majestic staircase leading to the rooms (there's also an elevator). In the rooms: large antique doors, large windows, etc... You feel transported back in time. We were lucky enough to get a room with a bathtub, which was incredibly pleasant after a day of skiing. It's also lovely to have an aperitif or tea in the hotel bar, or to enjoy a meal in the restaurant in the evening, which serves local dishes; the menu is very generous. The breakfast is very generous for the price; there's a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel, which I think offers excellent value for money. The owners are very friendly. We will definitely be back.

24/02/2026: We stayed at this establishment for two nights and, yes, it's rustic and old-fashioned. But the welcome was warm, the sleep was excellent, and the food was very good. The owner clearly cares about hospitality, and it shows. Breakfast and dinner were very good and very generous. The hotel has a shuttle to the Gourette ski resort, and the resort is not far by car. It's a shame the village is a bit of a ghost town, but the Hotel Richelieu brings a little spark of life to Eaux-Bonnes.

20/02/2026: We had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Neige et Roc. Hostess Françoise and host Olivier are wonderful people and want to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are all perfect, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were also perfectly prepared. We'd love to come back!

18/02/2026: The overall service is truly top-notch, easily befitting its star rating. Added to this is a very friendly atmosphere; all the staff—and the owners—are attentive, warm, and imbued with a deep sense of hospitality (like in the old days). This is such a rare, even almost nonexistent, combination in hotels of this category, but so pleasant and appreciated, truly contributing to a wonderful multi-day stay. Claude Ardisson

28/12/2025: A very warm and attentive welcome, especially with two young children; everything was done to make them feel comfortable and enjoy an excellent lunch. A moment much appreciated by the parents and grandfather as well. The "pounti" was original and delicious, and the poultry, desserts, and Alsatian Pinot Noir were equally excellent. 18/02/2026: The managers and staff were very welcoming. The hotel is very cute and charming, having retained its old-world character. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was superb. The restaurant alone deserves at least one Michelin star. The cuisine is delicious, with excellent sauces and jus. The dishes are as beautiful as they are tasty. In short, we had a wonderful time.
