As for the setting, I was going to say it's magnificent, but in reality, I realize it's beyond that.
This establishment is, for me, a true hidden gem in the heart of the Corbières region, and I hope that everyone who appreciates the finer things in life will discover it one day.

They should have at least used a comma. And I'm still looking for the champagne in the mimosa coupe... Borderline misleading.
The main brunch dish is really good. Beautiful, classy decor.
