Next comes the signature dish: the famous homemade calf's head, revealing all its finesse: a melting texture, a perfectly balanced sauce, and a light, silky emulsion that transforms this traditional dish into an unexpected delight, gently awakening the palate. It's impossible to resist dessert: the famous homemade Tarte Tatin, featuring exceptionally tender caramelized apples, complemented by ice cream that elevates the entire dish. 31/01/2026: Hi! I went for lunch today. The set menu is €45, and since I don't eat fish or seafood, I told the person serving us, and they offered us meat. I accepted, thinking it was the only alternative since they didn't offer any other options. When it came time to pay, there was a €30 surcharge for the meat, which they hadn't mentioned when I ordered. Since they hadn't given me any other options, I thought there wouldn't be a surcharge, but we were surprised when we went to pay. I was prepared to pay a surcharge, but €30 is a bit excessive considering the set menu is €45, and especially since they didn't offer any other choice! It was either fish or pay. We told them we thought it was outrageous since they hadn't mentioned the surcharge and only said they had warned us about it (I speak French well, and my husband is French), and neither of us heard that. Then they just turned around and left. The food was okay, but the portions were tiny.
