20/03/2026: It is with genuine pleasure that I post this review; indeed, I have been a regular at Crescendo, located next to the Leclerc supermarket in Hauconcourt, Moselle, for quite some time. I sincerely want to thank the team surrounding the extraordinary manager, who will recognize himself, and who orchestrates his superb team so wonderfully. I will mention, as is only appropriate, a portion of his team, all incredibly kind and possessing a level of professionalism that is quite rare these days…yes, indeed. So, I would like to acknowledge, among others, Léa, Christophe, Eva, Tony, Ryade (the Pizza Master), Yasmine, Pierrot, Fiona, Virginie, Sophie, Sylvie…and especially the extraordinary Carine! Her efficiency is literally beyond compare, I'm not mincing words…and many others, of course, that I'm forgetting. It's easy to praise a restaurant…believe me, this one is top-notch! I know what I'm talking about. A constantly varied menu, quality, speed, and incredibly competitive prices. Professionalism, efficiency, kindness, and good humor! Believe me, the superlatives are not an exaggeration. A huge thank you to all of you for what you do, for what you give of yourselves to us, your customers. Your job is far from easy. Today I tried the crispy duck, a pure delight, served with a red cabbage purée, one of many vegetable options available. A real treat. Thanks to Christophe, who's always in a good mood, and thanks to the whole team, I love you all! ——————- Always satisfied with this cafeteria. The staff, whom I've known for a long time now, are extremely friendly and competent. The value for money is excellent, especially these days. A special mention for the pizzas and flammekueche, which are excellent. Thank you.

21/04/2026: A wonderful culinary surprise and a very pleasant time spent with family. Superb terrace overlooking the water and top-notch service! By far the best restaurant of our stay, and for a very affordable lunch menu! Delicious tuna tartare and perfectly cooked hake 👌🏻. Excellent crème brûlée (finally, a crème brûlée that wasn't too sweet, unlike some others!!).

18/05/2026: My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant! We ordered raclette, and it was absolutely delicious: high-quality cheese, generous portions, and excellent ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a romantic evening. A big thank you also to the waitresses, who were very pleasant, smiling, and attentive from beginning to end. The service was impeccable, and we felt very welcome. I highly recommend it; we will definitely be back!

26/04/2026: Family lunch this Sunday. The setting is lovely: a shaded backyard with background music. The chef prepared delicious food expertly, and we all enjoyed our meal. The icing on the cake: thank you to Erine for her pleasant and efficient service. We will gladly return.

16/04/2026: We ordered three set menus. For starters, we had two asparagus spears cut in half with a truly pathetic soft-boiled egg. For the main course, we ordered grilled veal chops that were raw and not grilled at all. All this for 120 euros. The owner offered no apology and was very unprofessional; I would have been ashamed if I were him. I do not recommend this establishment, which is completely different from the previous owners. Avoid it.

18/03/2026: Curious about the restaurant's reputation and cuisine, we came for lunch last Monday. A half-and-half pizza for my wife and a plate of grilled baby squid for me. Impeccable service, immediate attention, and excellent wines by the glass. The famous Marseilles pizza was anything but cheap, fantastic in its flavors. The baby squid were the best I've ever had—not too garlicky, perfectly grilled. Emmanuelle Jarry was right! The honey crème brûlée was also delicious! Go there and respect this institution; it's beautiful to see and delicious to eat!

26/04/2026: A fantastic experience at Bon Saint Pourçain! Authentic cuisine that changes with the seasons. Everything is made with care and love, without any pretension. The quality of the ingredients, from the vegetables to the meat, is remarkable. The service was impeccable (even on an evening when they were short-staffed). The wines are also extraordinary!

19/05/2026: I just arrived and will be having lunch there, so I don't have an opinion on the food yet. However, the place is very welcoming, and the decor and layout are varied and incredibly pleasant! As for the service, I ordered a cappuccino and a Vittel water, which were served with kindness, friendliness, and a smile 😁 I highly recommend this place; the menus and drinks (in moderation) are enticing and pique your curiosity 🤗
