It was a fantastic feeling to be on a plane the entire time, with a zero carbon footprint. There's plenty of well-designed storage. It's truly ingenious and puts a smile on your face the whole time. 10/05/2026: An excellent culinary experience, a feast for the eyes and the palate, in an authentic, warm, and refined setting. The only minor drawbacks: we had a reservation for 8 pm and were delayed (by twenty-five minutes) by traffic. We called to report our delay and apologize, but were nonetheless met with a dismissive remark from our hostess about the lateness. Our waiter was friendly but somewhat inattentive; our wine was served at the wrong time. Nothing serious, certainly, but unusual in an establishment of this caliber.

11/04/2026: La Fleur de Sel is a lovely little restaurant with a soft and refined decor. Thank you to the lady who greeted us; the timing of the courses was perfect despite the restaurant being quite busy, and she demonstrated true professionalism towards everyone. The meal was delicious, and we will gladly return.

04/05/2026: A wonderful historical and culinary discovery, perfect for our parents' anniversary. We had an excellent time in a warm atmosphere, with an impeccable and attentive waiter. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert. I highly recommend it. Set menu and/or à la carte options are very reasonably priced.

26/04/2026: There were four of us: my husband, his parents, and myself. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the perfect flavor combinations, and the generous portions. The owner (who was rather unfriendly on the phone) was efficient, joking but not pushy, and even my usually very critical father-in-law enjoyed it—that's saying something! A highly recommended place to eat under the centuries-old chestnut trees.

06/04/2026: Superb location in Fontvieille, nestled among olive trees. The restaurant features a large fireplace. Excellent cuisine and very good local wines; the rosé was superb, and I recommend the parsley-seasoned razor clams as a starter and the lamb shank as a main course. A very pleasant experience; I highly recommend it.

29/10/2025: An incredible place, cuisine just as we dreamed of that evening, 100% local produce, and meat cooked to perfection over a wood fire (the duck breast)! The scallops as a starter were cooked to perfection, and for me, the cod fillet with its generous and exquisite confit of forgotten vegetables as a main course was a delight. Finally, the fig crumble for dessert was simply marvelous (well, if I had to suggest one improvement, it could have used a little more fruit for my taste, and there was too much crust). But in short, everything was top-notch! Please don't change the authenticity at all... Thank you again, and congratulations, I highly recommend it!
