A hidden gem of a restaurant/bistro in the Vexin region!
The dining room is lively, the service is warm and welcoming, and the dishes are generous and perfectly cooked. The quality of the ingredients is undeniable, and their preparation is exquisite.
The wines are also excellent!

04/04/2026: An exceptional location at the foot of Mont Blanc. The view is magnificent. The staff is friendly and attentive, led by the charming owner. The food is simple, delicious, and authentically Savoyard! The pastries are decadent and beautifully made! Very reasonably priced.
02/04/2026: It's always a joy to have lunch at Ernestine's, no matter the season. With such a beautiful setting, it's simply WOW!!!
As for the food, the service, the atmosphere... everything is there for a wonderful time!
I can't wait for August (so I can bring you Jean-Paul's glasses 😂)!!
