31/08/2024: Small restaurant away from the crowds in a small alley. We had lunch in a small shaded courtyard. Very affordable menu and delicious daily special. We were very well received.

07/07/2025: A magnificent restaurant in the narrow streets of Cassis. We visited with family on June 19th. The welcome was very warm and the meal delicious and beautifully presented. Whether it was the starters (crispy mackerel fillet or sea bream carpaccio), the main courses (catch of the day or the lobster suggestion), or the desserts (with mysterious names but delicious, I'll let you discover them ;), we had a wonderful time. And don't hesitate to try the house cocktail O Rev, which is a very refreshing specialty. I recommend this wonderful place in Cassis without hesitation.

14/09/2024: Truly authentic hotel, well-kept rooms, apples and nuts on the bedside table, very warm welcome by Mr and Mrs, Mr is the cook and provides a wonderful dinner and breakfast with an abundance of homemade jams and charcuterie available.
Recommended!
07/09/2024: The weather was cool and wet for early September when we called in Le Dauphin without booking hoping for a late lunch at 13.30.
Given a warm welcome and joined the one other table of three diners.
As we were enroute to staying further south a quick, light lunch appealed. We went for the fixed three course menu and a glass of wine.
Served very promptly and very hot dishes. Starter of aubergine and tomato was good. I had the hake and my partner the duck main dishes! Cafe gourmande included strawberry and raspberry dishes.
All good and a pleasant glass of Bordeaux to accompany it.
A very traditional feel to the dining room and met our needs very well.

10/09/2024: L'endroit est magnifique, dans la verdure en été, dans une auberge en hiver. Le service est irréprochable : professionnel et décontracté. Le menu est parfait, ne changez rien. Un rapport qualité / prix imbattable dans le secteur.

07/10/2024: We had dinner on a Friday evening.
First difficulty, no reservation. We come, we eat. I'm not a fan of this kind of concept. I prefer to have the guarantee of finding my table when I arrive at the restaurant.
Second difficulty, we order a Roquefort Burger. It was very good but I'm still looking for the taste, the pieces of Roquefort. It was so subtle that I still feel like I ate a classic butter. We are in France, we love cheese so when we put Roquefort butter on the menu, we have to go for it…. Otherwise it’s of no interest!
Other than that, very friendly and helpful staff.
The plates are beautifully presented.
Great experience nonetheless.

I agree with the previous opinions concerning the manager of this creperie Ty Bilig in Rambouillet: he is very aggressive and unpleasant.
He did not understand that in restaurants, the welcome was as important as the dishes.
He also did not understand the importance of hygiene: during the last health inspection on 07/05/2023, “establishment presenting non-compliances to which the administrative authority sends a letter reminding the regulations with a view to of an improvement in practices”.
30/11/2024: Very pleasant and warm staff. The pancakes and crepes are of very good quality, as are the toppings. It feels like Saint Malo. It is a pleasure to frequent this restaurant.

Small, friendly restaurant, very kind owner, she provided us with a high chair.
Very good food and very affordable prices.
A la carte menu with lunch and/or dinner menus or à la carte. No all-you-can-eat buffet.

18/12/2024: Nous avons passé deux nuits à l’auberge et donc deux petits déjeuners et un repas au restaurant de Mr Gougeon.
Tout fut parfait du début à la fin de notre séjour.
Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, petits déjeuners avec des personnes en service très agréable, avec choix de nourriture variés et toujours excellent.
Que dire de notre repas au restaurant ; Accueil de Gilles Gougeon très sympathique, service très professionnel, sans être guindé, ce qui favorise une très bonne ambiance dans le restaurant.
Concernant le repas, nous avons ici l’un des meilleurs 3 étoiles que nous ayons visité, tous les produits sont exceptionnels et sublimés de main de maître par Mr Gougeon au sommet de son art.
Du début la fin nous fûmes surpris et ravis par tous les plats proposés.
Un conseil, laissez de la place pour le fromage et le dessert.
Au plaisir de revenir vous visiter .

par la qualité du service (impossible d'avoir du pain )
par la cuisson du poisson (cuit dans une bougie)
par le rapport coût/goût et qualité des mets
Nous déconseillons fermement.
