17/09/2026: Passing through Périgueux and on the recommendation of the Michelin Green Guide, we enjoyed both your warm welcome and your delicious food. The presentation, the quality of the products... both food and drinks, you are practically perfect. Even our large black dog was pampered.

14/09/2026: A market-fresh menu. While the starter was pleasant, the main course and dessert were truly delightful. The kind you remember with a smile. And that's without mentioning the warm and efficient service and the pleasure of having lunch on the terrace at the foot of the cathedral, overlooking the square, which was beautified during Delphine Labails' unfortunately short-lived term.

The cuisine is simple, excellent, varied, and generous, run by the owner, her son in the kitchen, and her husband behind the bar! Even though we ordered salads, this one was truly outstanding, with delicious croquettes as an appetizer. The service was perfect, quick, and efficient, and the waitstaff were very pleasant. Bravo! Everything works perfectly in this small establishment with its short (5 starters, 5 main courses, and 4 desserts) but meticulously crafted and enticing menu. The welcome was truly warm and professional; there were four of us, and we had no issues whatsoever with our 8-month-old baby. The cuisine is modern and surprising while remaining authentic, with dishes like slow-cooked stews. The emphasis is on local produce, and the presentation is exquisite. The setting is magnificent, right on the lake, peaceful and uncrowded. The establishment's slogan is no exaggeration: we all ate very well, and the bill remained very reasonable. We can't wait for our next visit! 😊 August 2026 Update: The consistency is undeniable: fresh produce and delicious dishes. Yann and his staff are truly friendly and helpful. Go for it!

11/09/2026: A place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in a beautiful, warm, and cozy setting: ideal for lunch with friends. 🥰 A perfect and very professional welcome, with a particularly attentive and helpful head waiter. The menu is quite limited. As the two starters offered didn't appeal to me, he spontaneously suggested another without hesitation: a thoughtful touch I greatly appreciated. A minor reservation, however, regarding the tiramisu, which could still be improved, particularly in terms of the flavors, which lacked depth. I really enjoyed the little touches that accompanied the meal: an amuse-bouche upon arrival, followed by delicious petits fours with coffee. I love these kinds of thoughtful touches! 🥰 A charming place with quality service and a genuine desire to please. A very pleasant experience that makes me want to return.
