02/07/2025: Stayed for two days. The room has a very good large balcony with a view, overlooking the lavender fields in front. There is a slight floral scent in the breeze. This resort is recommended for self-driving tours. There is no better hotel in Sault.

23/08/2025: Delicious! A very first time at Salé Sucré. A little far from my home, but worth the trip. The braised endives are succulent, even ideal, the pan-fried mushrooms and the Spanish hake were a real treat. Nothing like the "deli" dishes from supermarkets that I haven't indulged in for a long time. A very pleasant welcome, worth mentioning. Thank you!

01/08/2024: We arrived at 9:45 p.m. to eat quickly. On site the opening hours were 11:30 p.m. restaurant closing time and 10:30 p.m. kitchen closing time. We were refused on the grounds that the time was not valid on site because it had been changed by consumers and we were told the kitchen closed at 9:30 p.m. while the restaurant closed at 11:30 p.m. Find the mistake !!??

03/09/2024: I searched online and went there from Japan. I chose it because it was popular with the locals. The escargots were delicious and the steaks were juicy and tender. This was a recommended store I would like to stop at next time I'm in France. Ladies and gentlemen (*^^)v

03/09/2024: Wonderful French Bistro. The Pepper Steak Filet was delicious and the Fish and Chips was tasty. Definitely recommend!

12/12/2025: We had a great time at the Christmas market. The food was good and the service was quick and friendly. Admittedly, it was crowded and there was a queue for a table, but that's to be expected at this time of year.

12/12/2025: Centrally located in Colmar, it's also great to dine outside during the Christmas markets, immersed in the atmosphere. Super friendly service. The food is just average, fine. Please keep a closer eye on the restrooms. Some people apparently don't know how a restroom works these days 😉.

28/12/2024: Small, authentic and rural restaurant. We ate there this afternoon. There is a choice: tarte flambée, hot dish (gnocchi, burger, etc.) We had tartes flambées, very good! This has kept us busy with very reasonable prices and quality products. The service was impeccable. Nothing to complain about, I recommend! 😇

17/12/2024: While visiting the Christmas markets in Alsace, we stopped at Saint Marie and had dinner in this brasserie. Completely won over. Good food, pleasant staff (coloring offered to my granddaughter to keep her busy). We ate really well for the very reasonable price.

18/12/2024: I only have one incredible word, a team that takes great care of their customers. A great service in the kitchen, a real army, an organization with great care to avoid waiting but above all an explosion of flavor in each dish. On the advice of the waiter, we chose the discovery menu and for €57 we had a wonderful 2 hours. Flavors, colors, surprises so if you are in the area or looking for a table with very good value for money this is the right place. Congratulations to the whole team and above all thank you

11/12/2024: Delicious, friendly and fast. I liked that the food wasn't too heavy. Actually, I was worried that I would run out of time after parking at the supermarket, but they allowed me to finish a 3-course meal in 1 hour.

22/09/2024: Really pleasant setting and atmosphere, on the edge of the beach, perfectly decent cuisine, the service is friendly but there can be a long wait, this is a recurring problem in more and more restaurants with the lack of staff. Slightly expensive prices which have not improved since recent inflation. But the success is there....better to reserve the weekend!

22/09/2024: After two original and excellent starters, a sublime grouper for two, perfectly cooked. A little noisy but with your feet in the water you forget everything. I recommend.
