18/06/2025: Wonderful little traditional bistro in the heart of Paris! Thoroughly recommend asparagus and egg, the guinea fowl supreme was to die for and the creme bruise was as good as it looks! Visit le petit George next time you are in Paris!

06/03/2026: The wait for our food undoubtedly spoiled our experience somewhat, as did our waitress's curt tone… The skate wing was very good and perfectly cooked, but there wasn't enough of a side dish (just three small steamed potatoes), and the butter sauce was too runny. The ribeye steak, despite being expensive, had too much gristle.

28/02/2026: My first time here after all these years of hearing nothing but good things about this restaurant. I wasn't disappointed. As soon as I arrived, the owner shook my hand and the waitress gave us a big smile. Impeccable bistro fare. The welcome was friendly and the prices very reasonable.

21/03/2026: A huge disappointment for the start of the season! When you can grab the salt from your neighbors' table just by reaching out and follow their entire conversation, it means the tables are way, way too close together. This completely ruined my meal, especially since my neighbors were also quite loud. Filling the space to maximize profits is one thing, but not at the expense of the customers! Add to that the small portions of soup and the salmon tart, which was practically cold and tasteless, and you have a bad experience for this first restaurant outing of the spring. I'll think twice before going back.

27/02/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for over 25 years. Le Sampa is a must-visit in Montauban, both for the quality of its food and the warm welcome from its staff. A cozy atmosphere in winter and a superb terrace in summer, right in the heart of the city. The dishes are excellent and flavorful. A real treat. The owners always greet you with a smile and are attentive to their customers' well-being. A winning combination for a restaurant that has stood the test of time thanks to the impeccable quality of its service. Excellent value for money too. I love it and highly recommend it! A must-try for those who haven't yet discovered it…

28/02/2026: A warm welcome, quick service, and a very well-prepared dish at an affordable price – you can tell the ingredients are high quality. My only slight disappointment was the dessert, the pineapple shortcrust tart. I found the shortbread very dry; it was more like a pastry crust than a shortbread, and the pineapple was very hard. This is constructive criticism; my aim isn't to be negative. We'll gladly return.

27/01/2026: The hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes from the motorway exit! The bedding and room were comfortable. I recommend the restaurant, which uses fresh, local produce! The welcome is warm and the service is attentive. A great place to stay with friends or family. The grounds are lovely, even in winter. The hotel is quiet despite its proximity to the road.

18/09/2025: At first sight we were not sure about the restaurant but we were then very pleasantly surprised. The food was good, well prepared and very reasonably priced. I can certainly recommend the créme brûlée. The staff speak English and are very friendly. We were staying at the adjacent camping site so it was just a short walk back to the caravan for us.

The food is homemade, using fresh, seasonal, and delicious ingredients, and it's evident in every plate. The dishes are balanced and prepared with true expertise. In addition to the delicious food, they offer excellent coffee and very good teas. A truly gourmet experience, from start to finish. And the service is excellent: friendly, attentive, and unfussy. A friendly, relaxed atmosphere—exactly what you need for a great time!

13/06/2025: Nice but nothing more, the service was very nice but the coffee didn't have a particular flavor for a roaster, which was a shame, the cheese tart was too salty.
