04/08/2026: A very warm welcome, divine cuisine, the food is absolutely delicious. The service is a little slow, but that's to be expected with tourists. Otherwise, we have absolutely no regrets. You can go there. The Auvergne ham and the truffade are excellent. The truffade is a real treat.

01/08/2026: We live near Salers and honestly, we usually always recommend La Diligence to our friends, family, etc., but we won't be recommending it anymore. We went to the terrace to have two Cokes and two ice creams. A Dame Blanche and a Banane Dili. First of all, both desserts were served with coffee sauce on top, and no one informed us of this extra charge (it wasn't on the menu). We don't like it. The hot chocolate wasn't hot at all, it was hard... Personally, I found a yellow piece stuck to the side of my ice cream, and when I told the waiter, his response was rather disturbing: "It might be mango." What's mango doing in a Dame Blanche? Was the glass clean? We'll never know, they rushed to take our payment without any gesture of goodwill, just a brief apology and justifications like the coffee sauce was "on the house" and the chocolate had "set with the ice cream" in 30-degree heat. I'm still skeptical. It's a shame for an establishment with so much foot traffic.

19/07/2026: Farid is a man of rare refinement, and his restaurant deserves to be better known. I've eaten in many Moroccan and Algerian restaurants and have rarely been disappointed. But when I go to La Casbah, I know I'll receive a warm welcome and that the food will be delicious. If an ingredient is missing, Farid will let me know and suggest something else. He knows how to pair his wines. His Tlemcen wine is perfect with the tagine. And I can't resist the Casbah sundae. Thank you, Farid, and see you soon!

06/06/2026: I particularly enjoy the merguez sausages and the tea; I'm treated like royalty, and since I always arrive early, I have time to chat with Farid. I must say, I'm a regular. :-)

22/07/2026: After having lunch there three times—because, as a matter of principle, I refuse to form an opinion based on just one visit—I can say one thing: the food has won me over… and the welcome has won me over. My reservation, however, had a rather comical start. My accent caused a brief moment of hesitation, followed by a burst of laughter so infectious that I even forgot to ask the name of the person taking my reservation. And what about her sense of humor! When I asked her what would have happened if I had arrived late, she replied, as I was getting my coffee: “In that case, I would have made you wait ten more minutes…” before immediately adding: “No, I’m just kidding, I’ll bring it right away!” Excellent food, exceptionally kind service, and a good dose of humor: that’s the recipe that makes you want to come back… again and again. A simple customer passing through, fond of simple pleasures… and wonderful encounters

23/08/2026: We had a fantastic dinner at Marcellino. The location is beautiful, right on the port with a wonderful view of the yachts and the Saint-Tropez atmosphere. The food was excellent, fresh and beautifully presented, and everything we ordered was delicious. The service was also very friendly and attentive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. A perfect place for dinner in Saint-Tropez — great food, beautiful setting and a lovely atmosphere. We would definitely come back!

26/07/2026: A truly excellent discovery! The cuisine is refined, elegant, and perfectly executed, with absolutely delicious dishes. The portions are also incredibly generous: beautifully presented, full plates, which is particularly appreciated for food of this quality. We also loved the cheese trolley brought directly to our table. The different cheeses were presented and explained to us before we were allowed to choose the ones we wanted to try. It was a thoughtful and very pleasant touch! The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Finally, the setting is magnificent, with large bay windows offering a superb panoramic view of the sea and Calais beach. A wonderful experience, both for the food and the service and the ambiance. We will definitely be back!

02/08/2026: We've been coming to this restaurant from time to time for the past nine years, and we've never been disappointed. The quality is always excellent, both in terms of the food and the service. The terrace is lovely in the summer, while the dining room is a bit noisier in the winter. Be sure to make a reservation!

26/07/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us, but we were somewhat disappointed as we expected better. Regarding the food, the morel mushroom tart was actually a rather bland puff pastry in a forest mushroom sauce, with a few tiny, tasteless morels and other mushrooms. We all ordered the "perch fillets meunière," which came without any butter sauce on the plate. And at the end of the meal, there was no more chocolate or vanilla ice cream, so the dessert choices were limited, especially for a €50 menu. The service was impeccable, with a warm welcome, but there was a long wait between courses.

26/07/2026: Les Trois Forts was such an unexpected find. You would never expect a restaurant this incredible, and Michelin-recognized, to be tucked away inside a hotel, but it ended up being one of the highlights of our time in Marseille. The views are absolutely out of this world. The restaurant overlooks the Vieux-Port from the seventh floor, and genuinely every seat seems to have an amazing view. We shared some wine and had what I would easily say was some of the best food I’ve ever had. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. I’d especially recommend trying one of the fish dishes, the seafood was outstanding — but my personal favourite was the fried zucchini flower. So delicious and something I’d order again in a heartbeat. Amazing food, incredible wine, and one of the best views in Marseille. This place feels like a hidden gem and is absolutely worth a visit.

29/06/2026: Overall, a very disappointing experience. We ordered two steak tartares, for which the quantity and quality of the fries were notoriously insufficient. It was impossible to judge the quality of the meat. We then ordered two "gourmet coffees," for which only the coffee was acceptable. The petit fours, priced at €9.50, were mere half-eaten bites of very average quality, not to mention the thin layer of crème brûlée. In short, I am completely dissatisfied, especially considering the exorbitant price.
