24/03/2026: A drink on the terrace in early December. No welcome whatsoever. No greeting, no smile. You could feel the lack of professionalism from the two people at the bar; they clearly had no system. The wine we ordered was really bad and overpriced. A shame.

The ingredients were top-quality, everything was homemade, and everything was delicious: vegetables, fish, and a special mention for the shortbread base of the strawberry tart – we'll definitely remember it. 28/04/2026: I'm going to tell you about my totally surreal experience at a restaurant in Marseille. I'd spotted the place with one thing in mind: to enjoy some gorgeous plates of strawberries and whipped cream. We arrived, ready to order… four desserts and coffees. Nothing out of the ordinary, at the end of service, you know. And then… a surreal scene. The waiter—or rather, the one I assume was the owner—looked at us and told us, very seriously, that it wasn't possible to come "just for desserts" because, and I quote, "this is a restaurant." At the time, I honestly thought it was a joke. But no. According to him, if we wanted strawberries, we had to take a punnet… and go eat them somewhere else. Yes, really. Literally. Since when can't you sit down at the end of service and have four desserts and four drinks? Has that become some kind of revolutionary concept? The worst part: he brushed us off without a second thought, as if we were asking for something absurd. Honestly, between the nonexistent welcome and the completely illogical approach, you have to wonder if the goal is to drive customers away. I'm still shocked. And above all… stunned by such a level of ridiculousness.

21/04/2026: A warm welcome, it was simple and good. The price was reasonable. In the chicken crepe (the Breizh Mex), there are real pieces of chicken ^^ and in the chocolate banana crepe, the chocolate is homemade.

17/05/2026: A very good meal, although a bit pricey. The meat was excellent. The service was adequate, but we felt we couldn't take our time because the waiter rushed us through our choices, then dessert, then the bill, which was a shame as it made the service feel a bit rushed.

18/04/2026: Tom's Bistro 0!!! 1 hour wait for the potato gratin to be served, and it was undercooked! The salad with duck breast and undercooked bacon was a disaster, and the carafe of water was served 45 minutes later. The waitress even told us we had 40 people—what a joke!—and didn't even say "enjoy your meal!" Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

01/05/2026: May 1, 2026: Promise kept! Like Mathilde, I came back! Oysters again and very good turbot. The Grand Marnier soufflé was a success, but I would have preferred it with a pastry cream base. The service was particularly warm and attentive. February 27, 2026: I hadn't been since March 2009; it's true that it's not my neighborhood. A good Chablis from Domaine d'Elise to accompany six special No. 4 oysters, a sole meunière, and a Grand Marnier soufflé—all very good, especially considering it was part of a €39 set menu (starter, main, and dessert) with a €9 supplement for the sole. No complaints except for the lack of cheese on the menu, which is a shame. The coffee and Calvados were impeccable. The service was friendly, warm, and cheerful, yet very professional. I promise I won't wait so long to come back!

04/04/2026: I love galettes, so I wasn't disappointed. I had the "complète" (egg, ham, cheese) and the dessert was truly excellent (the almond paste was a real bonus). The setting is very pleasant and the waiter very welcoming. One small drawback: the butter-sugar crêpe had a slightly rubbery texture. I'm still a little disappointed, because being in Brittany (especially in the heart of Brittany), I was expecting something truly "wow."

14/05/2026: Never use The Originals Hotels' online booking system. Upon arrival, the reception staff informed us that there were two reservations under the same name for the same dates and room type. We did not make a second reservation and never received any email, text message, or notification from the hotel or The Originals Hotels platform regarding this alleged double booking. The concrete consequences of this error: our neighbor, who wanted to join us, was refused a room due to lack of availability, even though the system had registered a phantom reservation. Despite the obvious malfunction of the booking system (and not any error on our part), the hotel forced us to pay for the second reservation, which resulted solely from a technical failure of the platform and not from a double booking.
