31/03/2026: We booked somewhat by chance… and chance really did work out well! An excellent set menu: delicious salmon rillettes, followed by perfectly balanced linguine with pesto and creamy goat cheese, and then a very good Breton far for dessert. We also tried a Savoyard mountain pizza, which was equally delicious. A warm welcome, smiling and attentive service from start to finish. Flavorful, generous dishes, prepared with care. A big thank you for this wonderful experience; we will gladly return!

15/03/2026: I already knew the place a little, having been there for work, but this time I brought my wife and son, and I have absolutely no regrets. My wife and son ordered a salmon pizza and a four-cheese pizza, both excellent. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, even the crust—usually you leave it, but not this time. I had a ribeye steak, which was... wow, absolutely divine! So incredibly tender, cooked to a perfect medium-rare. My wife even asked if it was cooked properly, something you don't always ask in restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful meal. Keep up the good work! 😉

29/04/2026: First time at La Maison du Cassoulet, just a few meters from the Jean Jaurès metro station. How could I not have been here before? Everything was perfect, from the atmosphere to the friendliness of the staff. And of course, the cassoulet was delicious, one of the best I've ever had, with melt-in-your-mouth meat and everything else just perfect. At lunchtime, expect to pay €24 for the cassoulet with a small salad or €28.50 with a starter and dessert.

02/05/2026: Very disappointed! Having been regulars at this restaurant for years, we found the portions reduced by half. With a maximum of 6 perch fillets per person and a single portion of fries to share between two people... we left hungry. It's not what it used to be. What a disappointment!

23/04/2026: Honestly, quite disappointed. The tartiflette… where are the onions? As for the bacon, we're still looking for it. It's a bit like One Piece: hard to find. I say that, but I never actually finished the saga… besides, did he even find it? All joking aside. The diot sausage: really dry. The frozen fries, meh… I felt like I was in a school cafeteria. The cheese wasn't fresh at all; impossible to tell if it came from a cupboard or an unplugged fridge. The starter was okay, nothing catastrophic, but very simple. On the other hand, a real effort on the presentation of the dishes would be a huge plus. On the plus side: the servers are very pleasant. The atmosphere is nice, the restaurant is pretty. But the food—which is still the most important point—isn't up to par. We tried the set menu; Perhaps other dishes on the menu are better, but for €26.90... ouch. Honest opinion, with a touch of sarcasm and humor, because we're not mean 🙂
