04/02/2026: A cozy place where you feel right at home. A very warm welcome; despite the crowd, they found us a table. Arriving at 1:30 pm on a Saturday, the daily special was no longer available, but the andouillette sausage and homemade fries were delicious… We'll come earlier next time! 😂

02/02/2026: The welcome was fantastic! We went up a flight of stairs (I was relieved, I hadn't come to the wrong restaurant 😂) and there it was: soft lighting, a cozy room, delicious food, and a waitress/owner with a contagious smile! My friends and I stayed for 45 minutes after coffee without ever feeling like we were intruding. It's simple, we felt right at home!

16/02/2026: A very warm welcome and kindness from the servers and cooks (the open kitchen was fantastic!) throughout our meal. The food was truly excellent and of superior quality. From the perfectly cooked meat to the delicious little pickled onions served with fresh mesclun, and finally the dessert: everything was delicious, generous, and delightful! Our only regret (but we'll be back): we didn't get to try the Uruguayan chef's chimichurri sauce. It must be worth it considering everything else. We'll be back.

23/03/2026: The value for money is abysmal. The duck breast was served cold, and the tartare ingredients were upside down. It's a tourist trap with decor that barely resembles a real Parisian brasserie. The 5 stars could only be awarded by cronies.

05/03/2026: I tried the beef fillet in pastry. Overall, the dish was good, except for the fact that it was ordered rare, but was actually very well cooked around the edges. Five small potatoes, two of which were reheated, a portion of cauliflower gratin (a 3 cm square), and a hair in the dish. For €32.50, it deserved better. The chestnut fondant dessert was overcooked, so it wasn't fondant at all. The coffee was mediocre, and the spoon was dirty! Oh yes, and I also ordered a glass of rosé as an aperitif, which was served only a third of a glass for €7... In short, a total of €52. You can find much better in Bastia...

The portions are generous, filled with fresh ingredients despite the many options on the menu. A well-stocked wine cellar with local wines at very reasonable prices, all in a cozy atmosphere by the fireplace. Everything is in place for a wonderful time with friends, family, or as a couple.
