16/04/2026: A superb, timeless place where relaxation seems so easy... Vinoth's warm and kind welcome, along with his delicious, carefully prepared dishes, commands respect. The immediate surroundings are imbued with tranquility. Don't miss the walk to the fountain where refreshing coolness awaits, and a visit to the magnificent historic chapel, so beautifully renovated and preserved.
Thank you again to Vinoth for his incredibly kind hospitality. Visited in August 2025.
15/01/2026: It's a beautiful spot that makes for a lovely walk starting from the village of Lamanère (1.5 hours one way).
Visit the chapel. Accommodation may be available (but I'm not familiar with it).

17/05/2026: Passing through, I was very well received, with some top-notch humor 🤣 Relaxed, respectful, perfect atmosphere.
15/05/2026: We received a warm welcome, as only people from the North know how. (We certainly do with my children 😊).
There were six of us, including four children. The owners were very accommodating to the children and chatted with us kindly. We also had a very good meal, and the prices were more than reasonable. Thank you so much for having us.

05/07/2026: Our first time at a traditional Flemish pub with my mother, and we were thrilled. The very friendly owner made us feel at ease and was very kind, as were the staff. And the food was simply fantastic. For my first full Welsh rarebit "butcher-style," it was delicious! I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in Lille again!

15/06/2026: Very nice restaurant in a picturesque setting. Beautiful garden at the back where you can enjoy an excellent Menu de Midi. At the front, a small terrace for a quick drink. Limited choice so not expensive, and served quickly, because it is actually intended for working people, of course. Highly recommended!

Quality cuisine, a warm welcome for us and our little dog 😁. The lobster tail menu is superb. We can't wait for our next vacation to go back.
