09/06/2026: Continuing the tradition of the nuns, this recipe, passed down through generations, is, in my opinion, the best shop in Saint-Émilion. Their almond macarons are delicious and creamy. The small shop is inviting, though the interior is rather cramped. Enjoy them with pleasure and without moderation.

When we arrived, I wished you a good evening. Then, seeing that you were alone with a bottle of wine, I said with a smile, "You're lucky, a whole bottle all to yourself!" I was simply trying to strike up a conversation. I quickly realized that you preferred to enjoy your evening in peace and quiet. You were reading your book, we respected your privacy, and the evening continued as usual. You left discreetly. We continued chatting, laughing, and having a wonderful time. Then, when we asked for the bill, the waiter simply told us that you had already paid for us. We were all speechless. We didn't know what to say... and, to be honest, we still don't. 🥹 Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful act of generosity. ❤️ I will cherish this gesture and hope that one day I, in turn, will be able to extend this same kindness to someone else. 🌍✨ A huge thank you also to the entire Chez Nous team for their warm welcome and for creating such a lovely evening, even if it was a little noisy at times. 🍷😊 The kindness of a stranger and the hospitality of the whole team made this evening simply unforgettable. ❤️

17/06/2026: A rare and precious address on the Left Bank. What we particularly appreciated here is the absence of cliques and labels. The wine list doesn't try to pit natural, organic, or conventional wines against each other: it simply celebrates good wines, those that evoke emotion, tell a story, and make you want to return. The selection is remarkable, both discerning and accessible. You can sense the genuine research and sincere passion for wine behind each bottle. A big thank you also to the sommelier, Paul, who advised us throughout the evening. His recommendations were exceptionally insightful: precise, generous, and always tailored to our preferences, without ever trying to steer us towards the most expensive bottles. A true professional, passionate and deeply human. The atmosphere is warm, lively, and elegant without being pretentious. You feel welcomed like a regular from the very first moment. The dishes and pairings are perfectly conceived, delicious, and offered at remarkably fair prices. We had a memorable evening with friends, filled with wonderful discoveries, delicious drinks, and lovely encounters. This place reminds us that wine is above all about sharing, pleasure, and generosity. Thank you to the entire team for this magnificent experience. We will definitely be back.

11/05/2026: The best place I’ve been to in Chamonix. Tourists and locals frequent which is always a great sign. Their house made beer is fantastic, food was great, and the service was perfect. Chatted with the manager as well and he was awesome. I don’t usually leave reviews but had to for this. Will come back next time I’m in Chamonix!
