22/08/2026: Excellent, a bistro just the way we like them. Gourmet, as its name suggests, and absolutely delicious. The mussels Spanish style and the pork rillettes are superb. The mussels Breton style are a revelation, and everything is excellent.

30/06/2026: The truffade and the country ham were both very good, and at a very reasonable price. If you stick to regional/local products, you won't be disappointed. However, I'm less enthusiastic about the desserts. I ordered the basic Dame Blanche (ice cream and whipped cream). The service was quite good.

10/06/2026: My wife and I stayed two nights at the Hotel Auberge Alsacienne. Our room was comfortable and it’s a great place to stay to explore Equisheim and the beautiful surrounding countryside and vineyards. It’s a short drive to the busier Colmar. There is on-site parking. We purchased the in-hotel breakfasts and were not disappointed. A nice array of foods to sample and choose from. The service from the staff was also very good.

28/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Auberge d'Eguisheim; the food was delicious and well-prepared. The welcome was also warm and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place.

08/06/2026: A very warm welcome and family atmosphere. We stopped by on a Sunday evening with the MG France club, and the owner had prepared cold meals for us on this Sunday evening, the eve of the Monday bank holiday. A truly welcoming experience; I highly recommend it! 👍👍👍

21/05/2026: We had a lovely stay at this hotel with its family atmosphere. The room was comfortable, as was the bedding, but it was a bit cramped, at least the one we were given. Otherwise, it was quite quiet, even though you could hear the nearby traffic (when the room faced the main road). We really liked the price of the aperitifs—they were reasonably priced! It's a shame there's no more self-service food, but the breakfast was good! Adding an egg cooker would make it even better :) Finally, the jacuzzi was fantastic, and the motorcycle shelter was great too! 👍 We had stayed before, we came back, and as long as you offer good value for money, we will definitely return! 07/08/2026: Excellent organic cuisine (many ingredients come from the garden), the products are fresh, cooked naturally, and there's a really wide selection on the buffet. Huge parking lot. The owner (who also serves as a waitress) is friendly. This establishment is worth a visit. We'll be back.

24/07/2026: I went there for breakfast with my parents. The waiter didn't seem prepared for the situation, but he did his best to put together a breakfast for us. It was really delicious and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.

02/07/2026: Superb tartare, very good with homemade fries, but everything is homemade and the owner is super friendly, he knows his bistro well and is always in a good mood, the decor is nice, Versailles style, a little retro, in short, a good place!

28/06/2026: My friend ordered a plat that cost 17 euros. It was one aubergine and a lot of rice, no sauce, nothing. It was the most expensive aubergine we've paid for in our life. The service is good, but the food, this time, was poor, not tasty and expensive.

23/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it! My partner, our 3-year-old daughter, and I ate there. The service was impeccable, with a very nice touch for the children, like using a cup instead of a glass. The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are delicious! The cod fritters are to die for! The welcome is perfect, with a very friendly and attentive owner! We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again! Reservations are highly recommended.
