15/06/2026: A delightful discovery! The restaurant is located in the small (but incredibly vibrant) village of Prayssas. We received a very warm welcome. Géraldine is in the kitchen; her cuisine is a blend of tradition and a good dose of creativity. The presentation is meticulous, the dishes are delicious and perfectly suited to the season. Meanwhile, Étienne takes care of the service. He's very kind and pleasant, offers excellent advice, and the service is quick and efficient. I highly recommend it; they both deserve to be supported, and I will definitely be back! Thank you 🙏

27/04/2026: I came twice during my ski week. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about: it's excellent and authentic. I highly recommend it. However, regarding the service, the short-haired waitress was unpleasant both times I came to the restaurant. The first time, I simply asked for my meat to be cooked medium-rare, but it wasn't. Yet, she criticized me for the cooking, even though I only asked for it to be cooked longer. The second time, I asked a question when she brought the dishes, and she responded haughtily and dismissively, without clearly addressing my request. I find this unacceptable: once, perhaps, but twice is excessive, especially since I'm a customer and I don't want to be spoken to rudely when I come to eat.

23/05/2026: I eat lunch there every time I'm in Romans. I love the setting, the atmosphere, and the food. For me, it's one of those places that embodies French culture. Simple and delicious food. The service is always excellent. It's also a lovely spot for an aperitif on Friday evenings. Unfortunately, places like this are becoming increasingly rare. Thank you!
