21/04/2026: A wonderful discovery in the 16th arrondissement! I ordered the bacon burger with homemade fries and a small salad. And honestly, it was everything I hoped for: a delicious, generous burger with perfectly grilled bacon, crispy homemade fries just the way we like them, and a fresh salad that balanced everything perfectly. For dessert, I had crêpes. They were delicious. The service was quick, attentive, and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It's the kind of place where you have a truly great time, unpretentious, but with plenty of good food and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it for a tasty break in Paris. I'll definitely be back! 😊

18/04/2026: Thank you for your message and for the time spent at your establishment. However, my experience was somewhat mixed. As I travel frequently, I pay particular attention to the atmosphere of a place, to its ability to create a pleasant, almost enveloping experience. Here, the overall feel was rather cold and distant, with reserved, unfriendly service and limited interaction during the presentation of the dishes, which prevented me from creating a truly memorable experience. Regarding the €70 tasting menu, the portions, extremely small, seemed very insufficient to the point of causing real frustration. This excessive restraint creates a clear imbalance between the price and the contents of the plate. While the presentation was meticulous, it did not compensate for this lack of generosity. Furthermore, a certain repetition set in throughout the meal: the same herbs and sauces appeared on several plates, giving an impression of redundancy. The fish provides a slight contrast, although its somewhat heavy seasoning sometimes disrupts the balance rather than enhancing it. The Saint-Marcellin cheese is a particularly striking example: served in a tiny, almost symbolic portion, it had lost its creamy texture, becoming dry and far from what one expects from this product. Its presentation, accompanied by honey and a few shards of something whose nature was not clearly explained, also leaves an impression of imprecision. The overall atmosphere gives the impression of a somewhat lifeless place, lacking real warmth and vibrancy. Moreover, the dining room was not full despite a last-minute reservation, which raises some questions. Certain maintenance details, particularly in the restrooms, further accentuate this discrepancy with the claimed level of service. In this context, and given the establishment's reputation, the prevailing feeling remains that of an experience that seems to rely more on its image than on genuine generosity, both in the welcome and the food. Despite an undeniably attractive setting and location, the overall impression is of a place that is frozen, almost inert, where the momentum seems to have been lost along the way. Ultimately, this is an address that leaves an impression of incompleteness, lacking a truly authentic and generous experience.

10/04/2026: A small, intimate restaurant where the waiter is also the manager, which is very pleasant when ordering. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. A great place to treat yourself without breaking the bank, I highly recommend it! We will definitely be back! Thank you to the chef and the waiter for a lovely experience!

03/04/2026: A hidden gem in the heart of Belleville. From the outside, it's a very unassuming little restaurant, as everything takes place upstairs. Delicious tapas and paella served in a very simple and unconventional style – but truly delicious, and the service is warm and welcoming! One of THE surprises of our Paris vacation. Merci!

Overall, the whole visit was frustrating and not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or decent service.

11/04/2026: Positive points: Service: Impeccable, professional, and efficient. Product quality: The ingredients are clearly fresh, and the overall quality of the food is high. Major disappointment: The dish's description, "Coquillettes with ham, truffle cream, and Comté AOP cheese," is misleading. As a Comté enthusiast, I specifically chose this dish for its distinctive flavor. However, the cheese was completely undetectable, overwhelmed by the truffle cream. The final result was simply a simple ham and truffle coquillettes. Conclusion: While technically well-executed, the menu's promise regarding the Comté is not fulfilled. A review of the proportions or the cheese's aging process is necessary to justify the dish's name.

03/04/2026: Excellent hotel in the center of Guer. Large, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated rooms. Lovely bathrooms. A small plate of crepes was provided as a welcome gift in the room. Two restaurants, one Michelin-starred and the other a bistro. We ate at the bistro; the lobster casserole and the sweetbread vol-au-vent were excellent and delicious. A very good half-baked Camembert for dessert. Very welcoming service both at the hotel and in the restaurant. Free private parking at the rear. Perfect breakfast with high-quality products. An excellent place to stay.
