The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The staff were incredibly attentive and truly lovely. I highly recommend it!

16/05/2026: The welcome was understated and polite in such a lovely establishment; we would have liked something more convivial… Friday night's meal consisted of a mandatory pizza with an ultra-thin crust covered in a thick layer of tasteless cheese… a shame… the prices are quite high…

12/05/2026: Honestly, an excellent place! The portions are generous, you can tell the ingredients are high quality, and most importantly, you leave feeling completely satisfied. In terms of value for money, I've honestly never found anything so good. The self-service concept is super efficient: it's quick, convenient, and the food is delicious. Plus, the staff are really friendly and welcoming. A very pleasant surprise, I highly recommend it! 😁😁

25/05/2026: I wanted to try it, but it wasn't great. The vanilla ice cream was tasteless; it's the first time I've been so surprised by the lack of flavor. It was ice cream with no flavoring at all. I had people try it, and no one could taste the vanilla. What a shame, an experience I won't be repeating.

07/06/2026: It was a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel and restaurant are beautifully designed, the rooms are comfortable, and the food is absolutely delicious.
We were traveling with our two small dogs, and we really appreciated that they were welcome even at breakfast. This level of hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
We are very grateful for the excellent service and warm atmosphere. Thank you very much!

28/02/2026: There were three of us, and we had booked well in advance for this experience in this historic setting. Upon arrival, we were seated at a table for two in a corner of the room. It was difficult to sit down. My son, who is 1.85 meters tall, had to eat at an angle. I find it unacceptable to spend over 200 euros for this kind of comfort, even if the food was very good.
27/02/2026: The sauerkraut with three types of fish is excellent and very generous.
I highly recommend this dish.
However, the staff's welcome and service were mediocre. There was no explanation of the different types of fish, and the dishes were simply placed on the table without any comment. The least they could have done was wish us a pleasant meal!
