Don't expect bistronomic or gastronomic cuisine: here, you come for a simple meal, and it does the job. Good value for money. The service is good!

Everything was absolutely perfect: from the attentive welcome to the warm atmosphere, not to mention your great adaptability. The cleanliness was impeccable and the bedding exceptionally comfortable, which we particularly appreciated. As for the food, we were delighted: an excellent dinner featuring local flavors and a memorable breakfast, with a special mention for the delicious homemade brioche! In short, we have enchanting memories of our stay. We've already planned to come back and see you in September!

(I had the classic tartine with scrambled eggs and Cantal cheese; if I remember correctly, there are few vegetarian options and no vegan ones, and the price is a bit high, but the taste is excellent.)

05/10/2025: Passing through, we stopped by chance and were charmed by the owner's friendly and welcoming attitude, as well as her concern for the customer's well-being. The dishes are homemade, generous, and excellent. The tables are beautifully decorated, and it's a pleasure to see service done with a napkin-covered tray, especially when the cutlery is replaced. This is becoming increasingly common, and it's so much cleaner and more pleasant than having cutlery carried by hand. Bravo. We highly recommend it.

15/02/2026: It's a shame the seafood sauerkraut wasn't up to par. There was no sirloin steak as advertised on the menu. And no homemade fries as indicated. The wait was far too long. Very disappointed.

14/02/2026: We came today as a party of four without a reservation. The welcome was pleasant, and they had a nice menu with several choices of fish and meat dishes, including a daily special. We ordered a rib of beef, steak tartare, and pink duck breast strips at 12:45 PM. An hour later, we still hadn't been served. I asked the waitress why it was taking so long, and she gave us a rather unfriendly response: "The oven isn't expandable" or "The restaurant is full," which is unjustifiable given the long wait. An hour and a half later, our dishes arrived, all good and hot, except for the duck breast strips, which were served medium-rare but inedible, with cold mashed potatoes and a sauce that wasn't the one that was supposed to go in the dish. I asked for them to be replaced, but unfortunately, they were out of duck breast strips in the kitchen, so I had no meal. We left disappointed with our meals. I would recommend this restaurant for a group with plenty of time and a lot of patience.
