11/09/2026: Disappointed with the food; the cassoulet was mediocre, very dry and bland, and the lemon meringue tart for dessert was also just okay. Very disappointing value for money. A shame, because the staff were friendly.

13/09/2026: Very disappointed… we had booked for 6 people and called back to add 2 more, no problem! Except that when we arrived, the table had 6 people instead of 8. The staff reacted immediately and added 2 more places, which was a positive step, except that the owner questioned our word by shouting from the restaurant door! This is no way to welcome customers! Even if I had made a mistake with the reservation, he had no right to greet us like that! We were ready to turn around and leave, but our guests arrived…. The first tarte flambée we ordered was served cold, the second was very good. We ordered the third, but the order wasn't registered; we had to call again…. The service was very slow, and after more than 2 hours for 4 tarte flambées, we left. A bad experience for us!

11/09/2026: We had a great time! We were on holiday in the village and today we ate at this restaurant. I'm in the restaurant business myself, and I can say it's a friendly place with good food and very nice waitresses. We'll definitely be back in Normandy. It's a shame we didn't stop by sooner! 🏆 See you soon!

21/09/2026: Fast service but not very well cooked. A shame, but I would definitely come back...

12/09/2026: We went on a Saturday evening with my husband and daughter. The waitress was pleasant, but the food was... awful! The fries were too cold, the meat was rare instead of medium-rare... we sent it back to the kitchen twice! In short, it's nowhere near the standard of Entrecôte in terms of food! Never again!

04/09/2026: We wanted to order the five-course menu... but they were out of snails, and even when we asked to choose a different starter, we couldn't. Then we ordered the €38 set menu (starter, main course, dessert), and we also ordered cheese after the main course... but when we wanted dessert, we were told it wasn't included and was only available à la carte. So we didn't order it... but the bill still came, and it wasn't for the à la carte items... two prestige menus. So we were very disappointed. That said, the setting is very beautiful.

29/08/2026: We had a wonderful time; the traditional cuisine was delicious, and the service was pleasant and professional. There's a lovely selection of wines at good value. And the best part: the superb view over the vineyards!

11/10/2026: Good restaurant, but putting whipped cream on a tiramisu is a bit much…

07/10/2026: We went to eat there on Wednesday evening, October 7th. We ordered two rump steaks, which had a foul odor, an abnormal color, and were completely undercooked. In addition to the spoiled meat, the mashed potatoes were served cold, and our Nutella/speculoos tiramisu contained an eggshell. Nevertheless, I would like to thank the staff for their attentiveness and kindness throughout the meal.

14/09/2026: We wanted to have dinner with friends. The restaurant looked nice, they were quite full. We found a free table and waited for service. The waitress came after a while and when she found out that we didn't speak French, she shouted "italiano" (yes, we tried to communicate in Italian and not provoke with English) and left. After another (longer) moment, her colleague came and launched a waterfall of French at us. We tried Italian again. When she found out that we didn't understand, she turned around and let us sit. They served other tables and ignored us. After 15 minutes, we gave up and left. If we disrupted a private event, we just had to use the "reservations only" option and we could usually be understood. This seems like a continuation of the stereotype of overlooking tourists who dare not speak French. Too bad. We won't give this establishment a second chance. I wish other guests more luck.

13/09/2026: I don't understand the 5-star reviews given to this establishment. The service is poor and slow. The waitress was completely clueless. There's a chalkboard for choosing, no menu. And it's quite expensive too. 12 euros for a 50cl carafe of rosé. Yeah, whatever. Not very clean either.

27/09/2026: Nice quiet spot looking out to the port but the food (at least the Niçoise salads we had) was mediocre to say the least.

19/09/2026: Very nice! Fresh food, wonderful beer selection, exceptional brulee. We were served by a girl who had a personal attitude and not only fulfilled our wishes, but anticipated them!

02/09/2026: Superb restaurant on a cool street in the 14th Arridissement. A very fair price for quality of meal! Great intimate atmosphere and completely unpretentious. What a great find! If you want to discover a great experience off the beaten path then make time for dinner at this place. Chef is hands on and food is excellent!!

30/08/2026: Dinner for a birthday. A limited menu, but we prefer it for the freshness of the ingredients. The ceviche and the catch of the day were very good, even if mackerel isn't the most prized fish. We didn't like the two desserts. The wine glasses weren't changed for the three courses. The service was perfect. However, the decor and the tables are really not great; a white tablecloth is the bare minimum, not worn wood, and the cutlery should have been changed. For me, it lacks the class that goes with the food and the price! €42 + €9 + €23!! It lacks a cozy atmosphere. A little disappointed with the value for money, especially when we realized it was actually on TheFork.

06/06/2026: We went for a meal in the restaurant for lunch. The setting is beautiful. The food was underwhelming, sadly.

04/06/2026: We visited the hotel in September 2025 with a small dog, to enjoy some drinks on the terrace outside the restaurant. We were welcomed and the service was great. We invited some friends to join us in June 2026 and were told that ‘the hotel only allows one dog on the hotel premises at any time and since there was already a dog’, we could not be served. Disappointing.

26/09/2026: Excellent restaurant in Concarneau. Refined dishes made with local and seasonal produce. I highly recommend this excellent place!

21/09/2026: Lunch here provided an excellent and well-priced meal from beginning to end. The plates we chose were perfectly executed and harmoniously composed. One of our favorite eating experiences on this trip. Service proceeded at a very leisurely pace (very slow, actually) and we were surprised that the restaurant turned away patrons eager to have lunch even though there were tables available.

22/09/2026: We got married at Maison Barbet! We couldn't have made a better choice! A thousand thanks! The food was exceptional, as always! The staff were incredibly kind! We couldn't have dreamed of anything better for such an important day for us! Thank you again!

26/09/2026: A wonderful place to visit, and even return to. Pleasant setting. No disappointment with the à la carte menu. The staff are very friendly, smiling, helpful, and attentive to the customer. The meal was impeccable and generous. Time seems to stand still as you savor the "Pleasure" menu! A delightful experience for the taste buds of our six guests. Highly recommended!
