20/09/2026: An unbelievable experience - the second time we have been there. A stunning restored mill that is beautiful in every way. The grounds are wonderful too, with a swimming pool and petanque area. It's just outside the main town, so exceptionally quiet. The rooms are absolutely wonderful. A mix of old fashioned style, mixed with contemporary luxury. Denis and Aline are the most wonderful hosts, spending time with us chatting about various things. Aline's cooking was a wonderful delight to experience. This year it was warm enough to eat dinner and breakfast outside on the terrace - another wonderful experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Denis and Aline, and they made us feel most welcome again. Definitely one for the memory bank! Nothing but 5 out of 5 is justifiable!

24/07/2026: I stayed at the moulin de laumet for 4 nights last june. What a special and historic place: a centuries old building, restored with care, in a beautiful garden. Denis and Aline were good hosts, and I enjoyed breakfast as well as the diner. The Moulin is a place to come back, an excellent base to explore the Gers, enjoy the wine of the Côte te Gascogne and not to forget the Armagnac.

21/09/2026: We came to eat before going to the Grotte des Demoiselles (Cave of the Maidens), and it was a real treat. We had a large table, the service was excellent, the dishes were delicious, generous, and beautifully presented. We went back after the cave for ice cream, which was also excellent 🤩

15/09/2026: Sometimes chance works in our favor! We loved our lunch. At the helm of the kitchen, Zoé Bédouin delighted us with a Mediterranean sea bass crudo with watermelon water, zucchini blossoms, and for dessert, a generous fig and ricotta shortbread. What skill, what artistry… And thank you to the friendly owners for your reasonable prices. Expect to pay €50 per person, excluding drinks, for a starter, main course, and dessert. For quality ingredients, masterful techniques, and delightful service. Thank you again. You are a shining star in your demanding profession. The restaurant regularly changes chefs.

09/09/2026: In short, SUPER! Heavy portions, delicious, and far from expensive! 🥰 Super friendly and wheeler-friendly staff! Perfect little lunch break while the rain passed during a road trip on my electric unicycle 👌 I highly recommend it!

13/10/2026: A terrible experience. We were there yesterday at lunchtime. It took an hour for our food to arrive, some dishes were preheated—hot on the outside but freezing cold inside—the main course was awful, and we left an hour later without dessert because we ran out of time… this morning we all woke up with stomach problems. It was clear the main course wasn't good, and the wine they used wasn't properly prepared. What a shame.

24/05/2026: A very nice restaurant that hasn't changed in years. The only downside is that I left after a full meal and was still hungry. Perhaps it's a Proustian madeleine, but it didn't seem that way to me a while ago.

21/05/2026: Superb hotel-restaurant-wellness center 👍. Excellent welcome, the whole team is fantastic and very friendly. The food is on par with the best chefs. High-quality wellness services, very good, and the facilitator was very professional and friendly.
