07/12/2025: I'm giving one star because the discount offered by TheFork was refused on the grounds that the restaurant hadn't been offering it for several weeks. It would be good to update this information to avoid ripping off customers. We announced our arrival by stating "TheFork reservation." It would have been helpful to mention this at the beginning of the meal. Because at the end, we had no choice but to pay. If we had known, we wouldn't have eaten here, and one thing is for sure: we won't be going back. The star I'm giving is solely for the waitress who did her job well and was very pleasant.

Service throughout the evening was poised and welcoming, with menus and refreshments delivered promptly and with an air of practiced professionalism. Our entrées arrived more swiftly than anticipated, yet without compromising execution. I opted for the salmon, while my daughter chose the Caesar salad with chicken. Both dishes were properly prepared, but the salmon was particularly noteworthy. I typically specify a rare, well-seared finish, yet the kitchen achieved this exact temperature unprompted—a level of precision that speaks either to an attentive chef or exceptionally intuitive cooking. The result was one of the most succulent, delicately textured pieces of salmon I’ve been served in quite some time, suggesting a product of remarkable freshness. Dessert offered a generous assortment of ice creams, a simple yet pleasing finale. I found the selection enjoyable, pairing nicely with both the meal and my chosen beer. Overall, a quietly impressive dining experience marked by thoughtful service and confident execution from the kitchen.

30/12/2025: Wow! There's finally a pilot in charge. So there's a real chef at the helm, creating amazing and different dishes every day! The aioli is superb, delicious, and generous portions too!!! The fish is king. The service has improved, and the setting is still stunning. It's kept its charming, retro, casual feel, which the regulars love. The excellent value for money is also worth noting. And the icing on the cake? The lively, almost festive themed evenings!!!

19/12/2025: Following a change of ownership, I'm changing my review and giving them 5 stars. Everything has been great for the past year and a half...🤩 Hello This café is very strange; they treat you based on who you are! I've been 3 or 4 times, and each time they made me pay immediately. I thought it was normal, and I accepted it... But no! Not at all... It's based on who you are. I find this very unpleasant and impolite. I'm close to filing a complaint for discrimination. Right before my eyes, some customers pay immediately, while others calmly pay later. I should add that I'm in the business; I owned a restaurant for 12 years and a bar for 9 years, and now I'm a hotelier. So I think these people, who clearly don't know the business, are a disgrace to the restaurant and brasserie industry.
