12/06/2025: A mountain inn with a special warmth, excellent food made from many home-grown ingredients, and simple yet cozy rooms. In summer, we were awakened by the morning sun on our pillows and the sound of swallows. Later, we had breakfast on the large sun terrace in front of the house, with a sweeping view of the countryside and the upcoming hike. The perfect day!

16/03/2026: Having family in Chalon-sur-Saône, we regularly come to this restaurant because the manager is so friendly. He always takes the time to chat with us. In addition, the menu is homemade from appetizer to dessert, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. He always accommodates my vegetarian needs by creating a special menu for me, which I greatly appreciate. There's always an excellent local wine to complement the meal. It's a restaurant I highly recommend.

07/03/2026: Passing through Chalon-sur-Saône, we trusted the positive reviews of this restaurant and booked a table. We also had a delightful time enjoying a unique and delicious evening menu: two-salmon terrine, chicken with Vin Jaune sauce and morels, and apple tart with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Everything is homemade. Authentic service and cuisine, a good local wine, and to top it all off, a genuine conversation with the owner's family. We highly recommend this establishment to both visitors and locals who are lucky enough to have Mont Blanc nearby!

01/01/2026: We just left this hostel. As usual, it was perfect. The all-you-can-eat buffet (starter and dessert) and main course (game, meat, and fish) were very good. They often offer themed menus on Sundays. The atmosphere was calm and friendly. Friendly and attentive staff. I always go there the day after New Year's and I never regret it. See you soon ☺

24/12/2025: We celebrated the walking club's Christmas meal. The service was quick and efficient. Good value for money. The only downside: the dessert was very sweet and had a rather indistinct flavor.
