10/07/2026: The meal was very good and beautifully presented, the service was impeccable, and the wait was normal, taking the time to prepare the dishes. I'll definitely be back. The terrace is by the road but protected by a fence, and there's parking just steps away.

27/06/2026: A restaurant we knew well, which, despite a few setbacks, has managed to relaunch and reinvent itself, maintaining a smaller menu while retaining its generous and delicious quality. From the main courses to the desserts, everything was perfect. As an added bonus, there's an adjoining, renovated shop where you're sure to find something you love. Well done!

03/07/2026: A 10/10 restaurant!! We went as a family and Sephora served us. She's an incredible and professional person, one of the few left in the restaurant business. She helped us choose everything, even though we don't speak French and she doesn't speak English. As for the food, it was simply spectacular, the fondue was incredible and the raclette magnificent. A must-visit if you're in Tours. French Version. A fantastic restaurant!!! We went as a family and were served by Sephora, an incredible and very professional person, one of the few left in the restaurant industry. 26/05/2026: A good restaurant, not cheap, but ultimately you can find it offers decent value for money. Original cuisine without being soulless haute cuisine. Rachel has a real knack for it. Unique wines, well-priced bottles. You might have a good or less good time depending on the owner's mood. The waiters are welcoming!

13/05/2026: Too expensive: €24.90 without drinks. Very long wait to be served, and you have to go there yourself. The "anti-waste" option costs an extra €3. Toilet: no toilet paper. Meh… I don't recommend it.

29/06/2026: If you love fish and seafood, you've come to the right place. Sunday lunch in the upstairs dining room with a sea view. A very generous seafood platter with oysters, periwinkles, half a crab, half a spider crab (a real treat), shrimp... phew, no whelks! 🙏 The staff is very friendly and the owner is attentive to her customers. Everything is homemade and the profiteroles are a delight for those with a sweet tooth. We'll be back, and we'll definitely make a reservation! ☺

26/06/2026: I first came to La Truffière over ten years ago. Since then, the owner and chef have changed, but the restaurant has clearly improved significantly in terms of quality. The food is excellent, with wonderful flavor combinations. The wine list was also a very pleasant surprise, with reasonable prices, which is becoming rare enough to be worth mentioning. Special mention goes to the very friendly and attentive service. A truly wonderful place that definitely deserves a return visit.
