Beautifully cooked dishes, quality ingredients, impeccable hygiene, visually stunning presentation, and perfect flavors! We highly recommend it! Don't be put off by the location or the storefront. You'll be pleasantly warm inside! REALLY! COME IN! Thank you to the chef and his muse, his wife, for this wonderful experience!

11/10/2026: We had a very pleasant dinner. The welcome was warm and friendly. The rump steak was fatty inside, but that's not the cook's fault.

19/08/2026: Very satisfied with the restaurant. However, the hotel's jacuzzi was unclean, and the pool table was too large to use. Most importantly, I found the owner's behavior extremely inappropriate. During service, he berated a customer for feeding a kitten in front of everyone. A sign would be helpful to warn other customers, and explaining the situation to him more discreetly would have been the least he could do!

03/05/2026: First of all, a huge thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Pujo for their warm welcome and professionalism. A superb hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the Brèche de Roland – peaceful and serene. Secondly, congratulations to the Chef and his sous-chef; the cuisine was full of flavor and refined – a true delight for our taste buds. The breakfast was generous, and let's not forget the very pleasant waiter. We will gladly return; there is so much more to discover in this magnificent region of the Pyrenees. 12/09/2026: A wonderful discovery during our family stay in Crest Volant in January! A warm atmosphere and impeccable service. We naturally tried the famous local fondue and appreciated the helpfulness of the waitress who offered us a tip for finishing our fondue with a little something extra (worth discovering!) at no extra charge! Our medium-sized dog was also welcome in the restaurant, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

18/06/2026: Passing through Lyon, we discovered this welcoming place. A shaded terrace. An air-conditioned dining room. The owner is equally welcoming. We enjoyed an excellent meal, great value for money, with a glass of wine. We'll be back.

28/07/2026: First visit to this establishment, which hosts quite a few businesses for lunch. I appreciated the quality of the buffet appetizers. Four daily specials are offered, which is a good selection. The service is efficient and pleasant.

25/08/2026: A family lunch that was a complete success. The setting, to begin with, is a charming, authentic local farmhouse nestled amidst hiking and biking trails. The view over the Bouchet Valley is absolutely stunning. A small play area for children near the tables is perfect for keeping an eye on them! The food was just as we like it: simple, very convivial, and above all, full of flavor—it truly captures the essence of the region. We even ordered a teen menu for our daughter. The service was fantastic: quick, with a clear and easy-to-read menu and a helpful explanation from the waitress. One last word… Thank you!! Thank you for this peaceful break in the mountains. A truly special moment. See you very soon.
