17/02/2026: We went there for lunch and it was a fantastic find! Located in the middle of an industrial area, we weren't expecting such high quality. The owner's welcome is warm, friendly, and full of humor—you immediately feel at ease. The food is 100% homemade, simple yet delicious, and changes daily to guarantee freshness and variety. I opted for the daily special: a generous portion, perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and served quickly (ideal when you only have an hour). The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is impeccable. The value for money is simply unbeatable for homemade dishes like this! Reservations are recommended as the place is very popular—and it's easy to see why.

06/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at the brasserie restaurant (4 people). The dishes were excellent and generous, the service was top-notch, and the setting was magnificent. In good weather, the veranda offers a superb view. On cloudy days, the interior is even better. We had already been there (for the outdoor bar), and we will definitely return. This restaurant is ideally located between the Todt Battery, a large parking lot, the Maison des Deux Caps (House of the Two Capes), and just a few minutes from Cap Gris-Nez.

02/05/2026: Highly recommended brasserie. Beautiful setting, excellent location with easy parking. The staff is very warm and welcoming, and they do their best to please customers and adapt to their needs, even during busy times. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. A nice touch: they offer a clearly marked vegan dish on the menu, which is rare for a restaurant near the sea. We'll be back, thank you! 🙂

02/05/2026: My wife and her colleagues from the town hall went to this restaurant on Wednesday, a place we'd frequented for several years for coffee after our walks in downtown Bordeaux. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was cold, without a smile or any real attention, especially from a young brunette woman. My wife and her colleagues had forgotten to make a reservation, which can happen, but a little more cordiality would have been appreciated nonetheless. The wait to order was particularly long, only to receive a mistake with one of the dishes. After so much time, this is hard to accept. When it came time to pay, the prices seemed quite high considering the quality of the food. The dishes tasted okay, but the presentation left much to be desired, giving an impression of carelessness. I don't want to criticize the establishment, but there are clearly areas for improvement. A disappointing experience that doesn't make us want to return anytime soon.

23/04/2026: I'm sorry, but I can't help but be disappointed... I ordered a veal T-bone steak (which I love)!! ...inedible!! So tough I almost choked on it!! Is there a real chef in the kitchen??!! And yet, no compensation, and it cost €26!! What am I supposed to think??

25/04/2026: It doesn't have the old world charm but it is light and bright with outstanding service and delicious dishes, some very authentic to the region. We were all thrilled with our food. One was the risotto and one was a roast pork with potatoes, sauerkraut and apples in a rich broth. My mouth waters just describing the food. You will be happy eating here.

02/05/2026: If you're tired of greasy, salty food, exotic cuisine, or fast food, you've come to the right place! The setting is typically Parisian and distinctly French. The homemade terrine is incredible. The pot-au-feu is very hearty. You'll enjoy tender, lean vegetables and meat. The service is quick. The atmosphere is calm.

31/03/2026: Disappointed. Dry shepherd's pie. Bagged salad a bit wilted. Very average table wine and, above all, very noisy. The establishment is old and used to have a good reputation. The quality has declined. It's a shame.
