22/01/2025: Very good creperie in the futuroscope park. Fairly fast service. Good savory and sweet crepes. Very nice decoration on the raving rabbits. Good value for money.

14/01/2025: We were there in the evening, and a young woman forced us to sit in the center of the room and in a somewhat military tone throughout the meal she tapped her fingers to show her impatience, so to summarize we was four people knowing the price that it costs for four people I think that one we have the right to choose where we want to sit, two if this young girl does not like it and she does not have no patience, no need to ask how she will be at the end of career if he doesn't like it there are other jobs, sorry but I'm angry and maybe I have harsh words, but when we come to spend our first family vacation plus Christmas day well it's It's disappointing. And of course I don't necessarily put everyone in the same basket, best regards.

07/09/2024: We stopped at the small village of Penne as a family and decided to eat there. The setting is bucolic and not too busy. the cuisine is rather simple but very good! The daily formulas certainly only leave a small choice but remain rather affordable (18€ for the complete formula). Recommended!!

23/08/2024: The meat was very good, but the fries nothing more. The prices are quite high for the small quantities we have, not enough to satisfy us, and the desserts are not homemade and it shows. In addition, a friend wanted to have a tiramisu, but it was not specified on the menu that it was with speculoos rather than coffee.

07/09/2024: The service is good and friendly. The tables are very small, with two food and drinks, some of the food is almost on the edge. Our food was nothing, the tuna tartare would have been impossible to taste blindly, the fries were dark brown, partly black and dripping with fat, were no longer hot and were already falling apart. There was nothing shiny golden brown. The turkey/chicken on the Caesar salad had died at least twice, dry and hard. Hardly warmer than the lettuce leaves. So it was just warmed up, fried food doesn't get cold that quickly. With so much negative, we decided not to have the desert.

05/12/2024: We had a Wonderbox with 1 night + access to the wellness area, a meal and breakfast. Everything about the restaurant, there is nothing to say, very good. On the other hand, as there was no room at the hotel, we took a studio. So clearly, we were disillusioned. The studio is clearly dated, the furniture is rickety, the shower is nothing like a 3* hotel. The TV was not working properly. The decoration made without any agreement. It looked like the decoration was made after a trip to a flea market... The positive point is that dogs are allowed. For the wellness area, quite rudimentary, it was either the sauna or the hammam. The rest was extra. We clearly don't understand the rating of this hotel. Hoping the rooms are in better condition than the studio. The environment is good, when the view is clear, it gives a beautiful view of Saumur and its castle. Basically, the asking price is exaggerated compared to the quality of the studio. More like 1* not 3*.

11/11/2024: Réservation effectuée pour un anniversaire en souhaitant une attention au moment du dessert. On me dit que c'est pris en compte mais au final rien... J'ai évoqué ce soucis lors du paiement et la réaction fût assez surprenante. Des dépôts au fond du verre de vin (vu le prix on peut s'attendre à mieux) la réponse a été également surprenante avec un brin d'agressivité. Nous sommes très surpris de la réaction et de ce fait, nous ne reviendrons pas. Le repas fût bon mais pas exceptionnel et on s'attend à mieux comme réponse lorsque l'on évoque les points négatifs au moment du paiement. Une réponse polie et courtoise aurait été très appréciée.

17/09/2024: Welcome by a friendly boss. They had forgotten to prepare the table we had reserved but in 30 seconds we were seated on the terrace. The menu is 29€ and is good value for money and the menu is not exorbitant. Delicious starter of leek fritters, prawn fritters and frog legs. Dishes, pork in a Pietra sauce, saint peter. Beautifully presented, the fish and meat a little dry but tasty. Dessert, chestnut flan and French toast terrine are very good. Very friendly and impeccable service during the meal. In summary, a friendly restaurant which offers pleasant cuisine in sufficient quantity. Value for money ok. The dissatisfied should prefer starred restaurants with the price that goes with them. A pleasant moment at a reasonable price

16/09/2024: Small restaurant in the heart of the old center of Ile Rousse. Small terrace, but very beautiful room, in stone, inside. We went there as we wandered around and we don't regret our choice. Warm welcome, impeccable service, we had two meals for €26, starter, main course, dessert or cheese. It's well served, it's very good, it's friendly, in short a very good address at the red island. Sorry for the drink from our lovely waiter, I only had a few coins, but his kindness and service was better than that. I wish good luck to the whole team. PS: thank you for the advice on rosé, excellent!!!
