24/09/2026: We went twice this week because we loved the service, the welcome, the food, and the atmosphere. We highly recommend it.

24/09/2026: We had a wonderful evening with our family. The food was homemade and the staff was outstanding. What more could you ask for? That the flank steak with shallots was delicious? Absolutely. We'll definitely be back.

06/09/2026: Excellent galettes in the center of Arles. Nice place, we even got a table without a reservation. Recommended.

27/08/2026: We went to Bistrot des Vigiers after a morning at the spa. It was our first romantic meal together in a long time, without the children. We were celebrating our wedding in an intimate setting. Everything started very well. The aperitif and starter were excellent. For our main courses, we ordered the beef and the duck breast. After 45 minutes without being served, and seeing that everyone else was being served, and no longer having time to stay for another course (which would arrive who knows when, and we don't have unlimited childcare), we decided to leave and pay. The head waiter gave us an extremely poor reception, a hint of ego, and no apology whatsoever. He blamed us entirely for the significant delay: apparently, ordering medium-rare meat takes MUCH longer. This haughty gentleman didn't understand what we had to do other than wait to eat in his restaurant. What a disappointment for a restaurant located in such a 4-star hotel. We paid what we owed, he left with the bill, didn't say goodbye, offered no gesture of goodwill, and still no apology. We didn't expect to be treated like this. Our experience was ruined. We unfortunately won't be returning if we're ever in the area. It's a shame, the food looked very good.

Having my coffee and breakfast here has become a true ritual: the welcome is simply fantastic, and the whole team has that rare gift of putting a smile on your face and giving you boundless energy to start the day. It's such a welcoming place that you want to come back for lunch or dinner. Whether at the counter at dawn or at a table in the evening, the attention to customers is constant and incredibly warm, and everything that comes out of the kitchen or bar is delicious. A truly gem of a place, without a doubt!

17/09/2026: A really lovely neighborhood brasserie. The welcome is genuine. The food is homemade. Truly. An original menu featuring seasonal vegetables (when they're available ;-)) Thanks to the owner, Claire, for making this place so authentic and welcoming.

02/10/2026: First restaurant of our Parisian getaway, found by chance on a street where the competition is right across the street 😅 Delicious crêperie, super fast service, generously filled crêpes, and affordable prices. A very light meal option, ideal for the evening (open until midnight).

06/10/2026: Excellent cuisine, beautiful presentation, original – the Michelin Guide was right to recommend it. A minor drawback was the service; the staff member seemed neither comfortable nor invested in the presentation of the dishes: a shame.

19/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome at this restaurant, the pizzas were delicious, the service was a little slow despite the restaurant being only half full that evening. But no big deal, it's the holidays, we have time 😉

11/10/2026: A lovely discovery. I was a little apprehensive because the exterior looked a bit dated, but I decided to go in anyway... The meal was superb: the ribeye steak was incredibly tender, and the starter was generous. The waitress was very kind and professional. I would definitely go back.

10/09/2026: Anyone visiting Bitche and the citadel should definitely eat there! The daily special was delicious and reasonably priced. Drink prices are good, and the steak was also very tasty! Just be aware that the tarte flambée is only available in the evening, so it's not served at lunchtime. The ambiance was like that of a fine-dining restaurant, and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. We never had to ask for more bread or baguette, nor did we have to wait for our drinks. Very attentive. The staff speaks French (of course) and German. I don't know their English. There are six parking spaces in front of the restaurant, two of which are designated for people with disabilities and are quite spacious.
