29/10/2025: It's the off-season, so many restaurants are closed, but we stumbled upon this one. We received a very warm welcome, and they offer a wide variety of dishes featuring fresh fish. I had the hamburger and it was delicious. I also recommend the homemade caramel cream—it's divine. The set menu is reasonably priced at under €30 and very generous—frankly, a fantastic place!

28/10/2025: Very good meal, we had the fisherman's stew, it was excellent and hearty! Same for the desserts.

03/03/2026: We had dinner there as a family one evening during our vacation. A pleasant surprise, as I hadn't heard of this place in the area. I highly recommend it. The crepes are delicious, and the service is friendly and very welcoming.

06/03/2026: If you want to experience a real French Bisto : you found the perfect spot. The food is phenomenal as the wine list is wicked . The ambiance is the typical Parisian : cool and fun. Don’t miss the veal brain : probably the best you can find in Europe

05/03/2026: We ordered the poached veal neck with lemon butter and the pâté en croûte (guinea fowl, breast, sage) as starters—both were truly excellent. They were well-executed, balanced, and immediately raised our expectations for the rest of the meal. Unfortunately, the main courses didn't live up to the same standard. The turbot itself had an overly strong fishy smell and taste, and the dish as a whole lacked depth and seasoning. It was served with baby leeks and leek ricotta. Furthermore, our braised beef cheek (16 hours), buttery mashed potatoes, and red wine/bone marrow jus never arrived: instead, we were brought the vol-au-vent (asparagus, wild garlic, Vin Jaune, oyster mushrooms), which also struck us as rather bland and under-seasoned. We understand there might be a language barrier, but it would have been very helpful if the order had been confirmed more clearly, either by repeating it or by checking with the person who placed it. There wasn't really any verification after we made our selection, and between the wrong dish and disappointing flavors in the main courses, the evening was quite disappointing after such a promising start. We wish you better organization and a more rigorous order-taking system in the future, as the appetizers showed real potential.

10/03/2026: A good meal. It was busy, and they were probably short a waitress, but despite that, there wasn't too long a wait. I had mentioned that we had plenty of time. Seated outside, the street was quiet, and we ate very well. The crepes were excellent, and the dessert was delicious. We will definitely be back.

28/02/2026: I was refused entry without justification (for example, a reserved table) when I said I was coming for 5 people, even though there were clearly more than 15 seats available. I therefore advise against it for large families; with tables only for 2, the clientele is definitely limited.

11/03/2026: We had lunch with our family yesterday at this restaurant, and it was a wonderful discovery! Street parking isn't always easy, but that's completely beyond the restaurant's control. The dining room is extremely pleasant, tastefully decorated in a modern and welcoming style. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was very friendly and professional. Everything looked impeccable and spotless, which was much appreciated. The service was perfect, attentive without being intrusive, with genuine care for the customers. The dishes were beautifully presented and, above all, delicious: excellent flavors, elegant presentation, and clearly high-quality ingredients. In my opinion, the menu offers excellent value for money. However, one thing was a real problem for us: a diabetic was at our table, and no sugar-free drinks were offered, neither as an aperitif nor during the meal. No zero-calorie soda, no sugar-free iced tea, or any suitable alternative. This person therefore had no choice but to drink only water from the beginning to the end of the meal, which is quite unfortunate nowadays when these options have become so common and important to some people. This really needs to be reconsidered so that all customers can fully enjoy the experience. Despite this, it was a very nice experience that we highly recommend.

19/02/2026: Excellent hotel. Great value for money. Ideally located in Mottaret! We've been coming for several years and it's always a real pleasure. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service. I highly recommend it!

14/02/2026: Had been really looking forward to staying here and we weren’t disappointed. From the friendly welcome at Reception to the helpful staff in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. The snow and the hotels position (ski in ski out ) just make things easier for your stay. Did I mention the spa just what you need after a day on the slopes. We’re definitely returning.
