01/06/2026: Superb setting in this former Franche-Comté farmhouse, in the heart of the Doubs countryside. A very warm welcome. The food and service are family-run and perfectly adequate. The rooms have retained their original character. Six rooms, each with its own unique ambiance. Highly recommended!

27/07/2026: A wonderful welcome awaits you at this hotel-restaurant, with a warm and friendly atmosphere that's becoming increasingly rare these days with the impersonal feel of Airbnb accommodations! The owners, a couple, go out of their way to accommodate your preferences! It has a lovely, family-run feel, bringing a real sense of community to the town! The prices are very reasonable considering the work involved in running an establishment like this! You'll also benefit (if needed) from advice on nearby places of interest! 21/04/2026: I spent a few weeks there during my business trips; the owners and their employee are very kind. I felt right at home, with several choices for dinner, and the portions were generous. The rooms are very spacious, and it's always a pleasure to stay in small hotels recommended by the Logis website. They're always welcoming establishments, a far cry from the impersonal chain hotels.

18/07/2026: A wonderful place. The first time I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent food. Unfortunately, the second time turned out to be a culinary fiasco. The pesto pasta was very weak and tasteless. I don't understand what happened...was the chef on vacation? I'm very disappointed.

03/10/2026: This place has really turned things around after a period of poor quality. It's a must-visit for both locals and tourists strolling along the Boulevard des Pyrénées if you're feeling peckish.

01/10/2026: Lovely brasserie. Good selection of tasty and generous dishes. We especially enjoyed the tuna ceviche and the porcini mushroom omelet. Attentive and very friendly staff. Thank you for a delicious meal and a very pleasant experience.

27/08/2026: Attention, restaurant closed. This wasn't indicated on Google or on the voicemail. We were craving duck breast, so we called around 12:30 PM and no one answered. The voicemail said they were open from Tuesday, and it was Wednesday, August 26th. We assumed they were busy. We had come from Courchevel, so we drove up to their place only to find it closed. Updating the voicemail would be a plus.

20/08/2026: After a beautiful hike, we waited 20 minutes for a drink. We went somewhere else. This is a problem we've encountered before in this valley.

The decor is in the style of the mining region, with unusual items like Peugeot windmills and milk jugs. Recommendations: ▶️ The Welsh Chorizo ▶️ ​​The Welsh with sea trout ▶️ The Chicken with Maroilles cream sauce ▶️ The fries are homemade, but the green salad lacked dressing. In short, I recommend this restaurant because the value for money is very good. For five of us, we paid €79, ordering only main courses. My rating: 17/20
