27/06/2026: I came specifically to try their Marseilles bouillabaisse, priced at 60 euros a portion. At that price, I naturally had certain expectations. The meal was served in two courses: first the soup, then the fish, with the option to add more soup during the meal. The soup itself was decent, but the bread served with it tasted stale, which is a real shame for a bouillabaisse. As for the fish, six pieces were served, but only two were truly good. The others were far too dry and quite disappointing. The service was inconsistent: the waitress was very pleasant, but the waiter much less so. In the end, considering the price and the overall experience, I won't be going back.

25/09/2026: Very good but extremely expensive. The cordon bleu with cream sauce was €28.50, with an extra charge for sauce; otherwise, it's €3 cheaper. The same goes for the salad; it's an extra charge because it's not included. Otherwise, it's good, but too expensive for our taste. The extra charge put us off, as we've rarely seen that elsewhere.

07/09/2026: Let's hope this was an unfortunate coincidence or an isolated incident rather than a recurring problem, because the experience proved particularly disappointing that day, where the failure of exceptionally chaotic service rivaled the amateurishness of the cuisine. From the moment we arrived at 11:30 a.m. for a reserved table inside, the tone was set by erratic dining room management. The constant coming and going of several servers, each taking turns inquiring about our order, demonstrated a glaring lack of coordination. This disorganization resulted in a disjointed drinks service, with a missing aperitif finally being brought... after the guests had already finished theirs. The confusion reached its peak around 1:15 p.m.: after an interminable wait with no visibility whatsoever, the customers, invited to sit inside, were ultimately turned away and left on the terrace. This disjointed management stretched a simple meal into four hours, ending around 3:30 pm. On the plate, the disappointment was complete: The hummus was woefully underserved, with only three or four measly slices of bread. This was, in fact, the only bread basket for a table of five. The burger, ordered rare, was served undeniably medium-rare. As for the set menu, it was a series of technical errors, one hopes were accidental: - An unripe melon, with pale orange flesh and utterly tasteless. - Potatoes advertised as roasted but delivered boiled and raw. - A free-range chicken ruined by imprecise cooking, soggy skin, and a dubious flavor profile. A request for mustard was never served; fortunately, the person who asked for it didn't touch their plate again after tasting it. - A tart that was sorely lacking in volume, its puff pastry, far from being crisp, transformed into a heavy, greasy, and doughy mess. One of the waiters, seeing us eat dessert, nevertheless asked if his two salad plates were for us. The final bill completed this picture with billing errors and unjustified charges added to the account, likely the result of a mix-up with the tables that day. This is an establishment worth reconsidering if this service was simply an off day, but it absolutely requires a significant improvement in standards.

05/09/2026: A very beautiful space, both indoors and outdoors. However, the entrance fee in summer is very expensive if you only plan to stay for a few hours. A word of advice: bring flip-flops or sandals, as the outdoor ground isn't very comfortable for walking barefoot.

11/10/2026: A wonderful place with delicious desserts and truly outstanding service! The waitresses were absolutely lovely warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They made our visit a very enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, one incident prevented us from giving this establishment a well-deserved five-star rating. While we were admiring the beautiful desserts at the front of the shop, we wanted to capture a short video. An older lady approached us and rather abruptly told us not to film. We would have been perfectly happy to respect a no-filming policy, but it's not just what you say, it's how you say it. A polite explanation would have made all the difference. It's unfortunate that one person's attitude can overshadow the excellent work of an otherwise exceptional team. Despite this disappointing interaction, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily recommend the place, particularly for its delicious desserts and wonderful waitresses. Four stars instead of five, simply because great hospitality should extend to every corner of an establishment.

14/09/2026: A truly beautiful and remarkable site. The inn occupies the site of a former medieval hospital, isolated in the middle of nowhere, which sets it apart from other guesthouses on the GR65 and is precisely part of its appeal. I particularly enjoyed dinner, featuring excellent local produce and served around long tables that encourage conversation. I found the dishes delicious and original. A surprising cheese platter accompanied by a jelly made with a local flower: meadowsweet. Sorbets, yogurts, honey, and more: many local or homemade products. Midway through the meal, the team spoke about the project and how the inn operates. A truly unique stop, well worth the detour.
