06/12/2025: I've been waiting for my food for an hour. And it's clearly not going to arrive anytime soon.

05/12/2025: A €14 salad consisting mainly of lettuce leaves! The Caesar salad had mayonnaise dressing and a few breaded pieces of chicken. No croutons. The Parmesan had no flavor. Avoid it.

20/01/2026: A magical place that takes us back in time: a mid-19th/early 20th-century farming village perfectly preserved as it was then, with houses furnished and open to visitors. To understand what life was like once upon a time, for better or for worse.

15/02/2026: We love it! The food is always superb and typically Alsatian. A very authentic restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Reservations aren't possible, but it's all part of the experience to queue up or have an aperitif while you wait for a table.

02/03/2026: A very bad experience at this café, which we don't frequent often, even though it's just a stone's throw from our home. Admittedly, sitting on the terrace for a midday coffee, when they're still setting the tables for lunch service, is understandable that it might bother them—mea culpa! But to greet us so coldly and then tell the next table, "You need to set the tables quickly, otherwise people will squat," is simply unacceptable.

27/02/2026: A perfect welcome. The aligot is certainly the best in Paris. And that's coming from someone from Aveyron. And the crème brûlée was delicious.

11/12/2025: A Chalet in the Mountains! We had a wonderful evening in this unique chalet belonging to L’Atelier de Jacques in Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon. (Nope! We're not actually in the mountains!). The setting is truly original; we felt like we were in the mountains, gathered around a fireplace that doubled as a barbecue, like a real fire pit. This experience was made possible thanks to my daughter, who entered a contest organized by L’Atelier de Jacques and won this meal for the whole family (6 people). The meal was delicious, and the staff were very accommodating to our dietary requirements. The wine, especially the champagne served as an aperitif, was excellent. We felt like we were the only ones there, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this enchanting getaway, whether with family or friends. The staff was exceptionally kind. A big thank you to L’Atelier de Jacques!

11/01/2026: During a visit to Beaune, we had the opportunity to try the menu at this small restaurant. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The menu is short but of high quality. I thoroughly enjoyed the head cheese. The wine list features some excellent bottles that perfectly complement the meal. The prices are very reasonable, which makes for a perfect evening. This is a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal at an affordable price in Beaune. We will be back.

18/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, with refined dishes, a varied and seasonal menu, local ingredients, and original recipes. The only slight drawback is that the subtlety of the dishes can sometimes be inconsistent from one course to another (for example, between vegetarian and meat dishes). It's possible to dine overlooking the Tarn River, either inside or on the terrace, depending on the weather.

20/12/2025: We had a truly delightful time and thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert, including the wine. All the staff were very pleasant, attentive to our 2-year-old son, and very understanding and responsive when we needed our dessert so we wouldn't miss our train. An excellent place to discover.
