26/04/2026: After dining at Auberge Katz, the experience is definitely worth highlighting. The service is excellent: efficient, unpretentious, and with genuine attention to the customer. You quickly feel at ease in a simple yet refined atmosphere. As for the cuisine, the establishment offers four different menus, each with a choice of two starters and two main courses, ensuring there's something to please every palate. The dessert menu is also extensive. All the ingredients are fresh, and this is immediately apparent on the plate. Special mention goes to the foie gras, which is simply superb. The inn also offers an asparagus menu, clearly a house specialty, which is well worth trying. All the dishes are homemade, with authentic and expertly prepared flavors. In short, it's a very good compromise between fine dining and efficient service, with the food offering excellent value for money. We will gladly return.

15/06/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant for lunch completely by chance. Before choosing a restaurant, we saw a picture of octopus online, which immediately caught our eye. That's why we decided to come here. Upon arrival, we were greeted by professional service. When we finally tasted what had brought us here—the octopus—we were delighted. It literally melted in our mouths and was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much! Greetings from Lithuanians! 🇱🇹

11/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at Restaurant des Maures! We had a fantastic time. We started with an Imperial beer with candied chestnuts and a chestnut kir, original and delicious specialties. For the main courses, the wild boar stew with chestnuts was flavorful and perfectly cooked, as were the tender and generous pork ribs. To finish, the gourmet coffee was a real treat. The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere convivial. The entire team was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Collobrières.

05/04/2026: The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude, extremely disrespectful, and demeaning. He showed a lack of respect for Spain and spoke to us with an air of superiority. It's a shame. We called ahead of time precisely out of respect, to let them know that traffic would delay us a few minutes and to ask if there was any possibility of arriving a little later. A polite response would have been simply to say that it wasn't possible. Instead, we received an unnecessary lecture about how "this isn't Spain," delivered in a clearly contemptuous tone. As for his sarcastic comment about whether I "represent Spain," I think it completely misses the point. No one was talking about representing any country. I was talking about basic respect for a customer who was calling politely to inform them of a delay. I hung up because the conversation stopped being an explanation and turned into a reprimand. Customers call to inquire or give notice, not to be treated with superiority. His response here, with the same sarcastic tone, confirms exactly the attitude I mentioned in my initial review. It's a real shame, because hospitality is also part of the service.

08/04/2026: You can sit down and have a coffee and homemade pie on the terrace and in front of you you have a breathtaking view of Mount Chèry to get there you can take the cable car from Léger and take the path about an hour's walk.

08/05/2026: It's become a bit of a regular spot for us over the years: we're never disappointed by Les Vignes. Beautiful setting, lovely patio in good weather, a super welcome, and of course, consistently inventive cuisine featuring mostly seasonal and local produce. All this at an unbeatable price for the lunch menu.

21/04/2026: We had lunch there today. A very warm welcome and a great selection of crepes and buckwheat galettes. Located near the church and artisan shops. It's best to book or arrive early.

07/06/2026: We had dinner there during our stop on the GT20. Very nice, it's a shame they were out of bread 🥲 so we couldn't try the Corsican charcuterie 🥲 The pizzas weren't homemade but they were good 😊 They're very bike-friendly, which is a nice touch on the GT20 route. We recommend it.

30/05/2026: A wonderful green oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. A fully planted side wall offers lush greenery instead of the heat. A pleasant atmosphere, delicious and reasonably priced food. Attentive service, a traditional restaurant run with passion. I'd come back anytime!

A warm and friendly welcome despite our lateness, original, delicious, and generous dishes, impeccable service—everything was perfect! We will certainly return as soon as we are back in Hyères. Thank you for this wonderful experience!
