12/07/2026: A friendly crêperie with a weekly special galette that, excuse the lack of originality, changes every week. I often come with my children and grandchildren: parents and children alike, meat-eaters and vegans, all find a galette to their liking. Those with a sweet tooth order a "Too Much" for dessert, and their parents are delighted because the "Too Much" is truly over-the-top, and they have to help out to make sure there are no leftovers.

22/07/2026: A must-visit in the heart of Candes-Saint-Martin! A truly charming spot, nestled between the Loire and Vienne rivers, at the foot of the village's magnificent collegiate church. It's easy to see why this stop on the Camino de Santiago has such a renowned reputation. In the kitchen, Chef Paloma is simply exceptional. Her creativity and precision are evident in every dish, showcasing local produce, and everything is homemade! Truly vibrant and heartfelt cuisine. In the dining room, Caroline and Ludovic make a delightful duo: welcoming, smiling, polite, and exceptionally kind. They give this place a warm atmosphere; you immediately feel at ease. A place not to be missed if you're in the area; you'll leave wanting to return very soon!

21/07/2026: You won't find an experience like L’Auberge anywhere else in France. Ludo and Caro are wonderful owners who have a passion for wine and food. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail, the wines are fantastic, and I haven't even mentioned the amazing food yet! We ate here two days in a row because we loved it so much. We are definitely coming back next year. Both for the food and for Caro and Ludo ❤️

23/07/2026: Nice decoration, friendly service, big choice of food on the menu, but we found the taste of the dishes a bit bland. Lacking the real taste of Alsatian cuisine, or of the Lebanese one for that one Lebanese salad we ordered... the "yummy" zing was not quite there.

23/07/2026: A true gem in Collioure! Far from the crowds and noise, El Capillo is a place where you can take the time to savor every bite. The mussels with aioli were absolutely delicious, the patatas bravas perfectly seasoned, and everything we tasted exuded quality and generosity. Special mention for the red wine "Mon cœur s'est arrêté de battre" (My Heart Stopped Beating)... a name as beautiful as what's in the glass! A real favorite. An address you absolutely must discover if you're passing through Collioure. We'll definitely be back. 🍷❤️

30/06/2026: The restaurant has a magnificent location in the heart of the village. There was a good selection on the menu, plus daily specials. The portions were generous, and I felt we got excellent value for money compared to other restaurants. Many thanks to Daniel, who took such good care of us. I recommend making a reservation if you want a table with the best view.

29/06/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We absolutely loved it, both for the view and the simple yet high-quality food. It's worth noting that the restrooms are very clean and the staff is helpful.

21/06/2026: Another exceptional experience! For me, it's the best restaurant in Paris. The chef is incredibly talented and creative; we enjoy a delicious meal every time. Special mention for their hospitality: for my birthday, they prepared a personalized menu, printed especially for the occasion. A thoughtful touch that makes all the difference! Thank you again!

08/06/2026: A little disappointed... some dishes were tasty, while others I disliked because of the taste, texture, and presentation. Nothing extraordinary or exceptional. The welcome was warm, the staff were friendly, but the atmosphere was dull. It took us three hours to finish our meal, which I found too long. Some things were good, and some weren't. The menus need revising...

02/08/2026: Despite the language barrier, everything worked out perfectly. We were passing through and around 3:00 PM were looking for a restaurant that was still open. Even though the kitchen was almost closed, they offered us carpaccio and crème brûlée. They were incredibly patient with us, and it was absolutely delicious.
