05/12/2024: Friendly welcome in a welcoming setting. We had a perfect dinner served by smiling staff in a very pleasant setting. View of the lake which should allow magnificent evenings on sunny days. Weekly jazz evenings with well-known orchestras are also worth a visit. In short, the Cottage du Lac is an essential address with excellent value for money. We will return there for sure.

The associations of each of the plates with the herbs and flowers of the mountain delighted my taste buds. The pleasant surprise: The chef's service of certain dishes, very appreciated by my husband and I, is very rare! His wife has a perfect knowledge of the wines offered and highlights each of the chosen winegrowers. The chef also gave me some cooking tips, never seen before! The arrival of their little boy in the room to kiss his mother before bed, just incredible and unusual for a restaurant of this quality. 26/08/2024: LE restaurant ou il faut aller si vous êtes à chamonix, entre la décoration, l'ambiance et la nourriture faite maison vous ne serez pas déçu! Et que dire de la patronne, Sanna, qui fera tous pour vous faire passer une super soirée! ( petit plus pour la souris d'agneau )

20/08/2024: Beautiful discovery by chance and flair.. a charming place with the Arve torrent at the end of the terrace, attentive and attentive smiling staff, unparalleled cuisine in its management of meat cooking (coal oven wood!) and a very precise handling of herbs and spices (delicious green chicken curry). 04/09/2024: Accueil sympathique pour une table que nous avions réservée. Belle surprise avec mets de saison et cuisine raffinée, petit et grands se sont régalé. Le service est discret et professionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet établissement, une adresse à retenir.

07/11/2024: Ça démarre avec l'accueil chaleureux des serveuses puis un menu alléchant. Après avoir pris un plat et dessert, le verdict tombe: c'est très bon, copieux, original, et la note, des plus raisonnable. Une expérience réussie pour ce resto au bord du canal!
