01/02/2026: We made a reservation at noon, and the welcome was polite but frankly not warm, even unpleasant. The first thing we were told was, "However, you only have an hour; we need the table by 1 p.m." (even though we had another reservation; being rushed like that is not pleasant). Our orders were taken coldly. The savory crepes were very good, but the sweet crepes were small in both quantity and flavor, though still tasty. We were forced to eat our meal and dessert quickly without taking the time to chat. We felt like we were bothering them throughout the entire service; not a single smile. It's a shame, as it has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, we won't be returning, despite the positive reviews.

08/04/2026: Truly an exceptional meal. We even bumped into the chef on the street before coming to eat, and he seemed smiling and pleased to see us—a very good sign. And above all, we opted for the tasting menu, which was on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant—and a truly creative one at that, with a fantastic identity. We'll particularly remember the lamb paired with mint and smoked yogurt, the celery with such a rich vegetable jus that you'd swear it was meat, and the revisited Fontainebleau, which is well worth the trip. Plus, a superb wine list... in short, what more could you ask for? Go for it!

08/04/2026: Incredible restaurant! The waitress was fun, knowledgeable and very efficient. The food was also amazing with great beef cuts followed closely by their seafood. Portions are generous and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend, a must eat in Saint-Malo!

07/04/2026: We were extremely disappointed with the level of hygiene in the restaurant. We found a human hair hidden on the back of langoustine. The service was great and proposed another dish but honestly this is not the type of problem you expect to happen in this level of restaurant.

06/04/2026: Every year, it's become our unmissable ritual: our evenings at Le Petit Chamois ❤️ And as always… no disappointment whatsoever, quite the opposite. Whether you're a meat lover (special mention for the beef stew and ham hock, simply incredible 🤤) or a cheese aficionado 🧀 (raclette, Savoyard fondue…), everything is perfectly executed. The ingredients are high-quality, the portions generous, and above all… the service is impeccable. The waiters and waitresses are always incredibly attentive, with that little extra touch that makes all the difference. The setting? A true mountain haven 🏔️: a chalet atmosphere, warm wood, soft lighting… you feel instantly at home. It's exactly what you come to the resort for. Honestly, when everything is this good… why go anywhere else?

I had lunch there today, a first for me... Don't hesitate to go if you're in the area. The crepes are excellent, and the desserts are even more decadent. Thank you to the chef and the team; it was excellent!

04/04/2026: As a family of 8 we had a great meal here. An authentic Savoie restaurant with a cosy atmosphere, wonderful service and delicious fondue and Raclette. The accompaniments to these were perfect and it was plenty enough for us all (we didn’t even use the second chunk of raclette). It was busy so we were glad we booked a week ahead!
