17/08/2026: Delicious food and friendly staff. The outdoor space is a bit small, but nothing too annoying.

24/09/2026: The food was exquisite – beautifully prepared and incredibly delicious. But the wait for it was absurd. When we arrived at the restaurant, ours was one of only four or five occupied tables, but we still didn’t get our dinner for a solid hour. We waited 20 minutes for a refill on our carafe of water. Several other tables who came after us were served before us. (And one table who came before us got up and left, because they had waited so long to order.)

21/09/2026: A pleasant place. The food, however, was quite disappointing, especially considering the prices. The cassoulet tasted burnt and the roasted Camembert was off-putting, which necessitated a late-night trip to the restroom to return everything. We informed the restaurant staff at the end of our meal.

15/06/2026: We spent our holidays there for six years, one of my fondest holiday memories. A very welcoming family and excellent service. I loved having breakfast there. The setting and surroundings are superb; there's plenty to do, like Lake Pareloup and the Aveyron region, which is fantastic. I have fond memories of the St. John's Day bonfires and the skittles game in the square – excellent! Greetings from Sète to you all.

Thanks to our reservation, we discovered Le Mas de Peint, which we had never heard of before, and it was a wonderful surprise. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the estate. Everything is perfectly maintained, impeccably clean, with remarkable attention to detail. We were also fortunate enough to be upgraded, a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated. The warm welcome from all the staff deserves special mention: reception, housekeeping, breakfast service, poolside team… everyone demonstrates exemplary kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Breakfast, enjoyed in the shade of the delicately scented jasmine, was a truly delightful experience. As for the swimming pool, it's simply exceptional: pleasant, soft water, high-quality sun loungers, plenty of shaded and sunny spots to suit every preference, all in an absolutely serene setting. We also had the pleasure of enjoying a magnificent horseback ride with Océane. An unforgettable experience in the heart of the Camargue, through fields, among bulls, with breathtaking scenery. We saw flamingos, discovered the richness of this exceptional region, and experienced a truly timeless moment. Le Mas de Peint offered us much more than just a hotel room: a genuine escape to happiness and relaxation in a magical setting. A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. We recommend this establishment without hesitation and will return with immense pleasure. An exceptional place that truly deserves to be known and recognized. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

15/06/2026: Mas de Peint is an absolutely magnificent place, where everything invites calm and relaxation. The estate is remarkably well-maintained, every detail is carefully considered, contributing to a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. But special mention must undoubtedly go to the cuisine and its chef, Dan Rodrigues, who has recently taken over the reins. From the very first courses, one senses his passion, his commitment, and his desire to offer a unique experience. We were particularly impressed by the work done around the kitchen garden, developed to showcase local produce grown on-site or nearby. This approach is fully reflected on the plate: creative, sincere, refined, and perfectly executed cuisine, where each ingredient is enhanced with precision. A huge congratulations to the entire team, and especially to the chef, for this magical moment that we will cherish forever.

02/08/2026: What a disappointment! We've been walking past this restaurant for years, and finally one day we went in for lunch. The place is old-fashioned and smells a bit musty, with cobwebs on the ceiling, above the fireplace with their inhabitants, and even between the chair legs. There were crumbs and other debris on the floor; the cleaning is clearly questionable. We arrived on their last day of service before the holidays (or whatever), and the menu didn't match what we'd seen on the website that morning, but oh well, why not. We ended up with a veal rump swimming in a bowl and an overcooked, inedible ribeye steak. And to top it all off (if I can call it that), there was a reception with about thirty people standing in the middle of the room, talking loudly, too loudly—it was like a cafeteria. We left without dessert and we won't be going back.
