For a tourist destination like Paris, which is bigger than them, unfortunately, every corner of Paris has good security except your establishment, which is known all over the world. It's shameful how they speak to people and the mistreatment they inflict.

04/09/2026: Following a ceremony at the church across the street, we held a cocktail reception at L'Éphémère. We received a very warm welcome and excellent advice on our catering choices. The service was very friendly and responsive. The setting was pleasant, with the room at the back.

20/08/2026: I was just refused entry to L'Éphémère under the pretext that I wasn't in a fit state. I simply wanted to have a drink on the terrace. I should point out that I haven't had a drop of alcohol today, nor for almost four years. The new staff hired during the reorganization of the SATF following the acquisition of Zeyer by the owners of L'Éphémère clearly have no customer service skills whatsoever. My family and I have lived in the neighborhood for 30 years; we are regulars at this establishment. I'm not being treated like I'm a homeless person. Judge for yourselves: I took a picture of myself five minutes later from the terrace of Le Bouquet d'Alésia, where I was received and served with respect and professionalism.

09/10/2026: The lamb chops were pure fat, the "pink" duck breast was raw... 20 EUR each is not appropriate for that.

08/10/2026: The dish of the day was beef bourguignon. I recognized the one I used to eat at my grandparents' house. What more can I say? Well, thank you to the chef!

01/09/2026: They have a great open wine list and the children's menu was excellent. It's a shame they didn't have open champagne, but you can't always have everything.
