The owners are changing, and so are the services...
Having been regulars for several seasons, we came to eat in the afternoon with family at an establishment we thought we knew.
After taking our order, the server informed us that our order didn't reach €20 and that therefore we couldn't pay by credit card... we either had to pay in cash or leave the difference as a tip...
Already charging Parisian prices, we asked for confirmation, initially thinking it was a joke... but no, no joke... here we pay everything in cash, without a receipt, eh... and if you're not happy, you can just leave, which is what we did, of course. These new owners, who aren't from the restaurant industry, should quickly learn the legislation on payment methods and permitted practices before having to deal with visits from the anti-fraud department, Urssaf (French social security agency), and other government officials.
It's a shame, because the establishment was previously appreciated, and not just for its exceptional view...
To avoid deception, move on.

04/12/2024: Worst black angus beef i have had since i can remember, i ordered medium cooked, the meal arrived under 5 minutes, the beef was totally undercooked, no taste in anything in the dish, i asked to have it taken away, they insisted to have it recooked but i declined, after taking it away the waiter brought me the meal in a doggy bag, never have i seen such total neglect in a restaurant.
I travel 270 days a year and eat in restaurants daily, never have i ever, seen such lack of professionalism in a restaurant.
I paid for all, becouse i did not want to interact with the staff any more than i had to, my only hope is that this review will deliver some karma to the people/owners.
The expectations for this restaurant was highly overrated.

I do not recommend if you come to eat during lunch break. 2 hours for a main course and dessert knowing that the choice is limited and only gourmet coffee.

29/08/2024: Perfect stay in this hotel where I just spent 2 nights.
The welcome was very warm and the staff were very available and attentive. On the last day when I was going to come home/go to bed late and not be on time for breakfast, they kindly offered to come at a time that suited me.
The breakfast is very varied and of good quality. Finally a hotel that offers savory/protein breakfasts.
The rooms are very good. the beds are very comfortable.

The room was spotless, very comfortable bed.
The staff is extraordinarily friendly.
We had an excellent breakfast
This is my second stay at this hotel and it certainly won't be the last.

06/06/2024: Habitante du quartier j’ai pris une part de cake marbré ce jour, enceinte on ne m’a pas informé que le cake marbré chocolat était imbibé d’alcool et n’avait que le goût de l’alcool…
J’ai appelé pour le signifier, on ne m’a pas proposé de geste commercial et on m’a certifié que l’alcool était indiqué sur l’étiquette.
A en juger par la photo sur le site…

31/07/2024: Arrived for a drink, full terrace. I wait in front for a table to quietly become available while waiting for friends. 3/4 Other groups arrive and wait like us. And when tables become available, the waitress, very “dry” like some white wines, seats people who have just arrived.
Remaining very courteous, I remind him that I have been waiting for a quarter of an hour and I am abruptly dismissed.
!!!!!
I let him know that I remained polite.
He must not have liked this and installed the people who arrived after us on the following tables.
Very unpleasant, knowing how to remain courteous even with a full terrace, that can be learned.
