28/09/2025: We found "Le Jardin" whilst driving to the Côte d'Azur, needing a lunch stop about 15 years ago, and were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent menu and service. We have made this our lunch stop ever since, except for times when our trip clashed with the restaurant closure days. We couldn’t find anywhere else as good. The menu is varied, reasonably priced, the garden beautiful and we have always found the staff amiable and welcoming. We do take the precaution of booking in advance.

23/08/2025: First time at this restaurant, the dishes are delicious from the appetizers to the dessert! Only fresh produce, a beautiful setting, and super friendly waitresses. We'll definitely be back! Thank you so much for this wonderful time spent together ☺️

20/10/2025: This review only concerns the restaurant. Very warm welcome. Homemade and local cuisine in very good quantities. A lovely lunch break before resuming our journey in the rain. ☔️

04/11/2025: Didn't stay at the hotel, only ate at the restaurant. The welcome and service were perfect. Simple, home-style cooking. Good value for money. Lunch menu at €15.50. 👍

24/11/2025: Excellent restaurant! We had a mixed fish platter and scallop carpaccio on Saturday evening, and everything was delicious. The staff were very friendly, the welcome was very warm, and they even offered us a small digestif. Thank you, and we'll be back soon.

10/11/2025: Absolutely no customer service skills. Doesn't even turn around when you place an order. The previous owner, on the other hand, had a real sense of hospitality.

04/01/2026: Even though the place was empty, they wouldn't let us in with a stroller. The person in charge was incredibly rude, and the tea they served us to take away (we shouldn't have had to pay, but we're polite) was awful. I wouldn't go back to that place for anything. The owner responds that we aren't even customers, but our comment matches several others right below. Our recommendation is to go to this place only if you want to be treated impolitely and only if you don't have children.

31/12/2025: There were eight of us, the welcome was fantastic, and the drinks were wonderfully comforting, especially the homemade chai with fragrant spices! We also bought some Ethiopian Guji-Mama-Guji Forest coffee beans for home!

26/01/2026: A very good experience for our first time at this restaurant. We were seated and our order taken very quickly despite the large number of customers. The waitress was very efficient and friendly. The dishes and desserts were very good. You can tell everything is homemade.

14/11/2025: Discovered after a visit to Notre-Dame de Lorette. A place I highly recommend. Both the main course and dessert were homemade, and the service was impeccable. It's a pleasure to find restaurants where the cuisine is authentic and delicious. The 5 stars are well deserved.

15/10/2025: We enjoyed this restaurant for its traditional cuisine. The dishes (waterzooi and Flemish carbonnade) were served in hot containers, which was very nice. The waterzooi was served with fries AND peas/carrots/bacon, so it was very filling. The service (weekday lunchtime) was decent in terms of waiting time. The staff was pleasant and efficient.

30/12/2025: Excellent food, both in quantity and quality, in a restaurant with a rather traditional, authentic decor. The service is quite fast. I recommend it.

28/12/2025: During our trip to Toulouse, we were looking for traditional food, and while strolling through one of its alleyways, we stumbled upon this small restaurant, which turned out to be a real find. The onion soup was incredible—comforting and full of flavor—and the duck was simply spectacular, cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, ideal for enjoying a leisurely meal. The service is good, although a bit slow, but it's honestly worth the wait because the food more than makes up for it. A perfect place to try authentic local cuisine and enjoy a wonderful gastronomic experience.

30/12/2025: The menu prices reflect the quality of the food (it's not overpriced), however, I wouldn't call this establishment a brasserie but rather a bouillon (or a good canteen). For €10-15 a dish, you shouldn't expect miracles. For an everyday meal, it's good value for money, even if it's a bit noisy and sometimes a little too lively!

28/12/2025: Very friendly staff. Although booked out for lunch on the 25 th (!) December I got a table. Food was fine . Prices reasonable.

31/01/2026: This restaurant is truly awful, and when I see all the other reviews, I realize I should have read them beforehand and wouldn't have gone. The vol-au-vent was a complete disaster, and what can I say about the profiteroles? Seriously, when you go to a restaurant and pay a certain price, you expect homemade food. The choux pastry was disgusting, the chocolate was bottled—they couldn't even melt real chocolate—and the whipped cream, of course, nobody makes it from scratch anymore. I hope my review will prevent some people from going there. It's a disgrace to this beautiful region.
