27/09/2026: We had dinner there with our two children (7 and 4 years old). We received a very warm welcome, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious and plentiful. It was perfect, no complaints whatsoever. We would gladly return!

25/09/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Le Tire-Bouchon! The prices are very reasonable considering the quality. The dishes were absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're ever in Montpellier.

22/10/2026: We booked a meal for a pétanque tournament, saying we were in a bit of a hurry to eat. Arrived at 1 p.m., the atmosphere in the kitchen was tense and the welcome wasn't very warm. We were seated, but then no one came to check on us. The dining room was packed, with one server who was clearly overwhelmed. We asked for an aperitif, but still no menu was offered. We waited, the aperitif arrived, and finally asked for the menu. We waited again to be served. The meal was decent overall. And then, no one came to see us. We finally got up to pay (luckily, no one wanted dessert, so we had coffee elsewhere), and a very curt waiter handed us the bill. Not a word of apology for the wait, not even a question about whether everything was alright! I absolutely do not recommend this place.

23/07/2026: The staff are friendly, and the baguettes and pastries are very good! However, I don't find the cakes to be of very good quality... Update 1 year later: I'm adding the missing star because the pastries have improved significantly and there's a much wider selection!

05/10/2026: Very disappointed with our experience at Café du Théâtre. We had booked a table for 10 people at 8 pm for my leaving party. Barely 20 minutes after arriving, we started to feel rushed and pressured to leave, with comments about the kitchen closing soon and the staff being in a hurry. After asking why, we were told that the team wanted to close early for a colleague's birthday. We understand that a birthday is important, but in this case, it would have been normal to let us know beforehand. We had come to have a good time and ended up feeling like we were bothering them and were simply being asked to leave the restaurant, even though we had a reservation. On top of that, there was a €2 room service charge per person, even though I had been told on the phone that there would be no extra charge, as well as the issue of the after-dinner drinks, which were initially advertised as complimentary but were ultimately charged. An evening that was supposed to be a lovely parting moment, but which we will unfortunately remember with great sadness.

14/09/2026: A place we absolutely love! 🦪 The owner is absolutely fantastic, lovely, and incredibly attentive. He even went the extra mile to (almost) privatize the terrace just for us. A warm welcome, delicious food, fresh ingredients, and a wonderful time spent around a superb table... practically with our feet in the water 😎 Add to that a friendly atmosphere... and my brother-in-law's legendary laughter in the background 😂: honestly, everything was perfect for a fantastic lunch! 15/09/2026: This is our third time here; the food is excellent, the service is perfect. I highly recommend it. A very good restaurant, well done, keep it up! These days it's not easy to find good restaurants with very reasonable prices; often it's the opposite.

30/05/2026: Great location near the metro accessible to the airport and busses. Lovely aircon in the room & bathroom/bed. Room was small but for 1 person it was adequate. Hotel took security very seriously which was very welcomed, had to give reception my room pass everytime I went out/retrieve it when I got back but I didn’t kind - as mentioned it meant they were serious about security and there was also someone at reception 24/7. Would recommend staying!

06/10/2026: We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday on October 3rd… The tables were beautifully arranged… The weather was lovely, and we were also able to enjoy the garden! Our waiter and waitress provided excellent service and a warm welcome! They were very attentive to our comfort and meticulous in serving drinks and food! As for the food, we had a wonderful surf and turf starter with delicious salmon and foie gras! The main course buffet featured perfectly cooked beef, chicken waterzooi with mushrooms and a divine sauce, and a seafood platter with dauphinoise potatoes, ratatouille, or spinach as sides! The dessert buffet included pastries, fruit salad, and a chocolate fountain! Truly a wonderful experience! Bravo!

The father, son, servers, and the entire team took exceptional care of us throughout the evening! From the appetizers to dessert, everything was PERFECT!
