06/04/2026: During a walk in the snow, we decided to start our meal at this restaurant. The welcome was perfect, the cuisine based on fresh, perfectly cooked ingredients. No complaints whatsoever, well done gentlemen, keep up the good work! Yves.

29/04/2026: Great place! We stumbled upon it by chance and honestly, we weren't disappointed. Very lively atmosphere, lots of locals (always a good sign 😄). We had ham and meat — everything was fresh and delicious. Special mention for the service: friendly staff and great wine recommendations. I'll definitely be back!

23/04/2026: A very bad experience at Brasserie L'Apollinaire. The owner/waiter is particularly curt and unfriendly, which immediately makes you feel uncomfortable. There were two of us, and we arrived around 1:30 pm intending to have a drink first, and then perhaps eat. We were categorically refused, on the pretext that before 3 pm, the establishment is reserved exclusively for dining. A rule that is already questionable, but completely incomprehensible when the terrace is empty and the dining room almost as well. A cold welcome, no sense of service whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

23/04/2026: I called this brasserie with a simple request: to find out if it was possible to use the Wi-Fi for 15 minutes to finalize a business contract. To my great surprise, I was told that although Wi-Fi is available, customers are forbidden from using a laptop in the evening. This unwritten rule (not mentioned on their website) is truly deplorable for an establishment that aims to be welcoming. It's no wonder the place remains empty. Too bad, I'll go sign my contracts at the neighboring establishment, which, unlike the others, has grasped the meaning of service in 2026. So I'm giving it zero stars!!!! But the app requires us to give at least one star...

04/04/2026: I enjoyed the proper authentic lunchtime cooking and dropped back for a cold beer in the evening when a younger crowd spills out on the street. Very friendly staff.

25/04/2026: A charming little crepes joint, with a cozy, rustic atmosphere, delicious food and friendly service. I got La Campagnarde with hot sauce with a glass of white wine.

05/04/2026: Delicious crepes, generously portioned, and reasonably priced. A bowl of cider accompanies the lunch menu (note that it's dry by default, so ask for sweet if needed). One small point to keep in mind: the tables seem quite small, but if you don't mind a close-up with friends, it should be fine.

26/03/2026: The service at the start was okay, the lady who greeted us and seated us was nice and patient. After we had a different lady who was our waitress and often had an attitude.. We waited at least 20 minutes for our food to come, and we were surprised as we had not expected our food to look like that. I ordered the lamb, and it looked dry, colorless and tasted bland and farmy (as if it were fresh out the farm, like you could taste the farm smell in a way), potatoes were cold, and the garlic sauce did not taste like garlic sauce at all. It was almost flavorless. My friends ordered the pork, and they had the same problem with their meat taste and look. It looked overcooked, and dry, and again with cold garnishes/potatoes. Then they had a mysterious purple like blob of something on their plate, and wasn't sure what it was as it wasn't even described on the menu. The ladies sat at the front desk/bar and had a view of us and kept watching us to see if we would like it or not. Once they saw that we weren't pleased with our food, they started talking to each other, and stared at us. Our waitress had to give another bottle of water at a table behind us, and she stomped and ran into my chair, I don't know if purposely or not. And 30€ for a plate of cold, dry food???? Not worth it!!!!! Tourist trap.

12/03/2026: We came here for dinner based off of the recommendation of our hotel and it was a short walk, which we appreciated. AMBIANCE: Upscale, beautiful and nicely decorated with a wood burning fireplace to take off the chill. SERVICE: We were a wee bit late but still warmly greeted by the manager, I presume. When we asked to switch tables we were met with a bit of resistance but we were accommodated, while our server looked on in disbelief. At that point our entire party saw the look of displeasure on her face and we saw the manager lady making fun of us; she surely didn’t think we would see her. When they saw that we caught them they quickly recomposed themselves but we already felt the fake vibe and we could tell that we were 100% an annoyance to them for sure. FOOD & DRINK: We started out with three appetizers of escargot, foie gras and a charcuterie platter with local meats. For entrees, we had chicken, Tripes and sea bass. We had a very lovely bottle of wine but we decided to forego dessert due to the uncomfortable vibe, and they did not hide their relief. The presentation of the food was nicely done but the taste was somewhat underwhelming, and given the price point and the forced service, it was a disappointingly average dinner. I don’t know that I would recommend this place but as always, please support your local small business! 3/12/26
