29/09/2026: We had lunch there. A menù del jour and a confit canard with Caffe gourmand, a glass of cider and coffee we spent 45 euros. Friendly welcome. Good food. Right in the centre of Albi.

The food is simple yet hearty. Dinner and breakfast are prepared with local ingredients. I highly recommend a stay at this family-run inn.

19/09/2026: The waitress was very friendly. The terrace was lovely, but the food was very average. The potatoes served with the Mont d'Or cheese were cooked the day before. They were quite bland.

01/10/2026: We went to this restaurant on a whim one Saturday night around 11 pm, and honestly, we were delighted! The staff is welcoming, and the person who looked after us all evening was very friendly. As for the food, it was flawless; the set menu is still available at that late hour, and the portions are reasonable.

14/08/2026: This was our first visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We found maggots in our appetizers, which is completely unacceptable in an establishment that serves food. We obviously reported the problem to the staff. We were all the more surprised to see that the restaurant has a 4-star rating on Google. Our experience, in any case, does not at all reflect that rating. We hope that the establishment will take this problem very seriously and check its hygiene and food storage conditions.

02/10/2026: Excellent cuisine with top-quality ingredients, especially the snails with Fourme de Montbrison cheese. The service was always friendly and cheerful, even though the young woman was working alone. And finally, Marols, a beautiful village that has just been honored with the title of "One of the Most Beautiful Villages in France" ❤️

02/10/2026: A fantastic find! We had lunch there yesterday and everything was simply delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. The service was impeccable, with a special mention for our waitress, who was smiling from beginning to end and very professional. A truly wonderful traditional inn not to be missed!
