31/01/2026: A wonderful discovery: the €32 set menu offers excellent value for money considering the quality of the food. It's rare these days to find, for example, foie gras on a menu at this price. The dishes were beautifully presented and the service efficient. The setting is pleasant with a sea view. We will definitely be back.

25/11/2025: We stumbled upon it because we were working on a construction site nearby. Excellent value for money at lunchtime (set menu: starter, main course, dessert €16). 18/06/2026: We gave a gift box to my father and his girlfriend. They called this week to book, and were told it was too late because they were closing soon and fully booked until the closing date. What a disappointment!

09/06/2026: Passing through Brocéliande, and being restaurant owners ourselves, we highly recommend this place! The welcome is excellent, the service very pleasant, the food superb, and the dishes beautifully presented! The decor is lovely, and the children's menu is perfect. Our daughters loved it!! 08/06/2026: We stopped by for lunch. The dining room is large but a bit noisy. There was a huge group there that day, and the sound echoed everywhere. The appetizers were good and generous. However, the veal was far too overcooked, as were the scallops. It was also not mentioned at all that there was a shrimp on the skewer, and we had someone with a shrimp allergy. That could have been very unpleasant. The dessert was good.

10/08/2026: We didn't know where to eat that day, and this time we stumbled upon the best place. Surrounded by tourist traps, this isn't one of them. It's a small, very welcoming place, and the owner was incredibly kind, both in his service and in letting us eat inside (we had our dog with us). If you're in Lyon and looking for a reliable option amidst all the tourist crowds, this is it.

01/08/2026: I've been going there for almost a year, and this wine bar has become my favorite place. The owner is lovely and his products are of excellent quality. I highly recommend it.

30/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome, which wasn't easy considering the restaurant was full and all the customers were in a hurry! We ate very well for a very reasonable price, thank you!

19/09/2026: We were very disappointed: for both our pizzas, the crust was soggy and bland, and the sauce was completely untoward. Since the crust and sauce are the foundation of a pizza, with everything else just being an assembly, the result was truly disappointing. We politely mentioned this to the waitress. She informed the owner, who became very upset and became fixated on justifying himself. When we pointed out that his sauce resembled concentrate, he finally admitted it was store-bought… (even though the waitress had assured us upon arrival that everything was homemade, except for the ice cream). There was no self-reflection, no apology, and no gesture of goodwill, not even the complimentary coffees offered as a token of appreciation. Under these circumstances, one wonders what the point is of providing constructive feedback. We now understand why so many customers prefer to leave in silence: having to justify themselves in the face of such a reaction completely ruins the enjoyment of the meal.

31/08/2026: Four poached eggs (rather hard…), one without a yolk, the sauce was watery, 8 pieces of calf's head, only three of which were meaty, the lamb was great except for the bagged green beans…reception and service 10/10.

13/09/2026: Caesar salad: lots of greens, very little chicken, 3 or 4 croutons, 2 or 3 tiny cherry tomatoes to find – a shame. The waiter was too attentive.

11/10/2026: A gastronomic experience… of patience. Let's be honest: the food is quite good. You just have to be lucky enough to see it arrive before you lose all interest in the very concept of dining. More than two hours' wait for a single dish. Clearly, at St So, cooking time is measured in hours. An immersive, almost meditative experience: you learn to let go, you question your life choices, and you end up wondering if you wouldn't have been better off growing your own vegetables. It's a shame, because the food is good. But a restaurant isn't just about a plate of food: it's also about service and respecting the customers' time. In short, we came for lunch, not to participate in an artist residency themed around interminable waiting.
