10/05/2026: Superb restaurant! We were welcomed at 1:30 pm and despite the late hour, we received excellent service, with a smile and no rush! The food is very good and refined! The setting is truly lovely, right on the banks of the Dordogne River and in a peaceful location, perfect for enjoying a good meal. We highly recommend it! 😀

10/01/2026: Lunch at this beautiful restaurant with a magnificent view of a lovely, peaceful little river was a delight. I had a succulent sweetbread, although the portion was a bit small; I would have liked more vegetables. It was still excellent, and the waitress gave us great wine recommendations. We were very satisfied with this restaurant. For a 5-star rating, they should reconsider the portion sizes. In any case, congratulations to the chef and his team! Go there; you won't be disappointed.

25/05/2026: Very unpleasant service for a hot meal. Bolognese pasta + pre-prepared (cold) crepe + not enough sugar for a €3 crepe. Easy money made

24/05/2026: This was the worst service I have ever had. The water took a very long time to arrive, and the waiter seemed angry the whole time. In the end, I never even received my order, so I ended up leaving the restaurant very disappointed.

22/05/2026: A pretty good experience in a brasserie overlooking the pleasant Place Faidherbe. Quick service. Efficient team with personality! The dishes themselves show a real effort in their presentation. After the tuna tataki, it's not prepared quite like they did. :-)

06/05/2026: A very bad experience. We had barely arrived when we asked for water. The manager immediately brought and opened a bottle of mineral water, which cost €6, without even asking if we wanted a carafe (which, as a reminder, is a right). Then, my partner, not having a big appetite, only wanted to order a salad as a starter. The manager then informed us that a €3 surcharge would apply if she didn't order a main course, while heavily pressuring her to buy the daily special. Faced with these dubious business practices and this push to inflate the bill, we decided to leave. We expressed our dissatisfaction with these methods, to which the manager responded by feigning innocence. We paid €6 for our water and went to have dinner elsewhere. If you are looking for honest service and genuine customer service, look elsewhere.

12/03/2026: We had such fond memories of this restaurant from our first visit. So we came back for a second time. And it was just as wonderful!! The service was provided by a very pleasant and attentive young apprentice. The chef was accommodating and eager to please. And the hostess was as kind and passionate as ever about her work and...plants... ♡ We look forward to our next visit.

25/04/2026: Kudos to this lady for her excellent service and the wonderful dishes on her menu. While it was a set menu, it was truly perfect. We had a very pleasant evening thanks to her, her menu, and the quality of the ingredients. Exceptional value for money.

12/05/2026: Well, Ti Beudeff, what else? The essential bar for Greeks. Old-school atmosphere. That evening, the guitarist was playing his English and French melodies. Even Nougaro, where you invite your neighbor… Reasonably priced drinks for an island. Sailors. Young people. Old people. Bands. Sober guys. Others who aren't at all. A joyful mess sometimes. Experience it.

19/05/2026: We were quite disappointed with our experience at this restaurant, even though the food was good. From the moment we made the reservation by phone, the welcome was mediocre: I was put on hold while someone called to check if there was still space available. If only that were all… Once we arrived, the service was a bit disorganized. There were three of us, but we were only given one menu. We had barely sat down when we were asked what we wanted to drink, even though the third person was in the restroom. Five minutes later, the waitress came back to take our order, before we had even had a chance to properly look at the menu. The most annoying part was the end of the meal: at 9:48 p.m., someone who seemed to be the cook (there were only two of them) asked us directly to pay at the counter because the restaurant was about to close. No polite words, no prior information about the closing time. Luckily, we had finished our desserts, but another table had just finished as well. It's a shame... but the waitress remained pleasant and polite throughout the service. A little more effort in terms of customer service and organization would make the experience much better.
