01/06/2026: Disappointing… There were four of us for a meal with friends, and we ordered two set menus and two main courses. The wines with the tapas were very average, the red wine was served warm, and the white wine was beyond words, simply poured out onto the plants. The razor clams clearly came straight from the sea, judging by the amount of sand they were in. The red wine sauce for the sliced ​​meat was extremely bitter and far too reduced (the pieces of meat were enormous for a sliced ​​dish). Not to mention the experience of tasting a soggy French toast; a rum baba or floating island brioche would have been more appropriate. And as for hygiene, thanks for the mold on the water carafe's stopper—it certainly puts off both thirst and appetite…

The bread is homemade, the meat is from a butcher, and the sauces complement everything perfectly. The homemade fries are very good, and the Snickers-style tartlet dessert is delicious.

18/05/2026: There is no shortage of people praising the virtues of this restaurant but I want to add my experience as a humble Canadian with poor French language skills. We came very late in the evening (8 PM) with no resos and we fully expected to be turned away. Yet, the server took it upon himself to clear a disused table for us. Then, both him and the owner provided warm attentive service which left a great impression on us. The food itself was amazing (as per the reviews) and we consider the prices a bargain for what we got. White asparagus with creative pairings of sweet fruits, perfectly seared lamb that might make a lamb-skeptic believe, black pig that had us questioning if it was actually steak, too many hits to recount. This should be a definite on the list to visit in Arles, but make sure you make a reso a few days in advance unlike us.

12/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery on our way to Porto! We stopped at a superb place where we had a fantastic meal. The ceviche was perfectly seasoned, bursting with freshness and flavor. The Corsican burger 🍔 was excellent, served with delicious fresh fries. We were delighted with this experience. Thank you for the warm welcome 🙏 So far, the best reasonably priced restaurant we've found since arriving on the island. We highly recommend it!

We also greatly appreciated the wine selection, particularly the magnificent Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, which perfectly complemented the meal. 08/05/2026: It had been a while since I'd been to this bar, and the service has definitely declined in quality... We asked for a table outside from a waitress who seemed to carry the weight of the world on her shoulders. She made us wait for over 10 minutes in the rain, first to tell a story to her colleague, then to seat customers who arrived after us, and then to wander back and forth inside aimlessly, before finally announcing that the veranda was full and that she would check inside. Outside, there were two wet high tables that could have easily been wiped down... We came back a few minutes later, and the same waitress was sitting on the terrace, on her phone, feet up on the chair... It's a shame because the tapas are worth the trip.
