23/02/2026: We were staying 2min away in an Airbnb during a 5 night visit to Paris. We were able to secure a 2nd seating reservation at 9:30pm, which is a bit late for us, but we were SO glad we did! The food, atmosphere, and service were the best we had in our time in Paris (and we dined at some FANCY spots!). We started with a scallop carpaccio a vegetable soup, and a duck fois gras with duck bacon over french toast dish that was wild! We had rabbit and duck for mains and they were excellent. My wife's Pinot Noir and my Negroni(s) were fantastic!

And above all, it was delicious: we ordered the rabbit leg and the duck confit, and both were excellent. A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend!

15/02/2026: I've known Mr. Coumes for years through my work, but unfortunately, I'd never had the chance to visit his restaurant. That changed today, February 14, 2026. What a joy, what a delight to share a Valentine's Day dinner with my wife, worthy of the finest restaurants in the region. Thank you to the team at "La Villa Mondénard" for this wonderful experience. They often say, "Try it and you'll love it," and that's certainly true. We will definitely be back.

13/02/2026: The food was good quality but very light for the price... Seafood platter €21 2 prawns, a small piece of honey-glazed salmon, a scallop, a small salad, a tiny slice of smoked salmon, and a tablespoon of salmon tartare... Disappointed...

The only downside is the terrible acoustics; you can easily hear other people's conversations, especially when they're not being quiet, which somewhat spoils the evening! They need to work on that! However, everything else is fantastic: good quality ingredients and very professional staff!
