11/02/2026: We have stayed at this hotel several times with our two daughters and we are always just as satisfied! Each time, everything is perfect: the welcome, the cleanliness, the comfort of the rooms, and the quality of the service. We feel right at home, which is truly wonderful. A huge thank you and special praise to Kamel and Serge, who are absolutely fantastic. Always smiling, professional, attentive, and responsive, they really make all the difference. Their kindness and availability make each stay even more enjoyable. It is largely thanks to them that we return with such pleasure. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!

10/02/2026: A truly fantastic hotel right on the slopes. The hotel's decor is modern and welcoming, done with great taste. We tried the shuttle to the center. It was incredibly convenient. The room was very spacious with a magnificent view of the slopes. It was also well soundproofed. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was large. It's a shame the heating couldn't be adjusted, as it got very hot at night. All the staff were very friendly, smiling, kind, helpful, and attentive. Regarding the three restaurants: At La Laiterie, they could perhaps offer more typical Savoyard dishes to provide a wider selection, but we enjoyed the very generous portion of the meal. At Altayaki, we were disappointed with the meal. However, we did discover several different sakes. Casa Alta: a very good restaurant. We ate very well; the dishes were delicious and plentiful. The snack bar: we tried it once and were really disappointed. Even though it's just a snack, the taste wasn't up to par considering the price. The bar: the cocktails were very good, but we felt they were missing more classic cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. As for the price, I'm sorry, but €23 for a cocktail and €15 for a non-alcoholic one is outrageously expensive. On our last night, I ordered the cocktail of the day, which had more ice than cocktail... I took one sip and that was it. Breakfast: very good, a wide selection with fresh products. The spa: a large pool extending outdoors, but unfortunately the cover for the outdoor area is always down (almost at the water's edge, or even lower). We were told this is normal to prevent cold air from getting in and that we have to walk underneath... but if you don't want to get your hair wet, you end up not being able to enjoy the outdoor space. As for the jacuzzi, they should find a way to prevent everyone staying at the hotel from using it. Many people just hang around without paying attention to what's going on around them. The ski shop: really great! Large, heated, and secure lockers for each room. We rented our child's skis there, and they weren't any more expensive than elsewhere. In short, we had a very good stay despite a few negative points, but that won't stop us from coming back.

10/10/2025: A magnificent room. Very refined cuisine, dishes very well presented. Impeccable service. Bravo to the chef, it's really an address to remember.

18/10/2025: The food is very good, the service is efficient and friendly. The desserts are really delicious!! We come back very often!

14/10/2025: Tourist trap. You order a crepe and it arrives with fly eggs! It's great once you start eating it. It's not complicated to make a crepe in a minute and with a minimum of hygiene.

30/01/2026: A beautiful chalet where we had a wonderful meal. If you're looking for peace and quiet and good food, this is the place.

18/01/2026: The food was high quality, the porcini mushroom fondue, the charcuterie platter, and the desserts were all satisfying. I had also ordered two bottles of wine (Montagny 1er cru 2022 and Gevrey-Chambertin 2020) and, on my own initiative, asked for potatoes in addition to the bread. The bill revealed a €6 surcharge. I expressed my surprise, especially since I was enjoying wines of a higher quality and leaving a €10 tip. The owner, who was serving, simply cited "cash register procedure." I find this attitude petty and unprofessional. It's a shame, because this kind of detail spoils what could have been a very good experience.

04/02/2026: Located right next to our hotel, the restaurant offers delicious local specialties. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

03/02/2026: Auvergne cuisine restaurant featuring local products. Friendly service, welcoming atmosphere. Buffet appetizers, daily specials, or à la carte. Homemade desserts. Reasonable prices. I recommend it.

10/12/2025: The cheeseburger is amazing, you can really taste the quality of the meat. The fries are also good and not too salty. The coffee and their desserts are also great. A place I highly recommend.

08/12/2025: A very pleasant place, with efficient and professional service. The daily specials are varied, very good, and well-presented. A superb tartiflette.

01/02/2026: Traveling with colleagues for a sporting competition, we had a wonderful time with Leila, who was patient, attentive, and very professional. The food was of very high quality, but the only downside was the wait, which was far too long—over an hour and a half between ordering and the arrival of our meals.

24/01/2026: Former waitress at Bistrot Jourdan two years ago, fantastic experience and delighted to see that the friendliness and quality of service are still there! 29/11/2025: What a shame! We go there occasionally. We wanted to spend New Year's Eve there, but the room rates have tripled, and the menu and drinks are outrageously expensive, bordering on indecent. However, the staff and the quality of the rooms are impeccable. I don't understand these abusive business practices!

14/11/2025: Charming little hotel just outside Banyuls sur Mer with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Les Elmes is a wonderful place to settle and to hike from. Fantastic trails, beautiful weather and most of all, the staff is incredibly welcoming and accomodating. Finally, the gastro restaurant is amazing.

11/07/2025: A little corner of paradise!!!! Beautiful setting, warm welcome, inspired tapas and delicious dishes, an excellent place to spend a relaxing moment.

27/01/2026: Honestly, this is just an average crêperie. The filled crêpe is good, but the rest leaves much to be desired. The decor is neglected, even dirty, the furniture is completely worn out, it's incredibly cramped, and you can smell the cooking fumes. So, really, it's just okay, with many things they need to improve to better serve customers.

28/06/2025: Hello I came in on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 12:15 AM to order and relax with a glass of champagne. The waiter saw me sit down; there were about ten customers seated on the terrace. I signaled to him, turned around, and asked for a glass of champagne. He replied, "Okay," and came back to tell me that they weren't serving anymore at that hour. I said, "I don't understand. You leave the tables set and the terrace open, and we, the customers, can't imagine that you're no longer serving." So, I resigned myself to going across the street to Belloy. To my great surprise, two women sat down at Fleurus and ordered; they were served by one of the managers. Please note that I live on Avenue Kléber and, as a hotel manager myself in Paris, I will come by tomorrow to understand your extraordinary way of serving the customers you have chosen to select. P.S.: I'm not going to alert the fraud squad or any other agencies, because I'm quite sure this deplorable incident is completely out of character for the neighborhood. Sincerely, Mr. Boubia
