06/06/2026: Hotel by the sea, pleasant room and quality bedding

12/05/2026: I came in here for a bowl of water to locate the leak due to a flat bicycle tire. Even though it was well past closing time for lunch, I was allowed to wait in the restaurant and order a delicious ice cream. My husband was also able to enjoy a drink after the tire was patched. They made no effort at all to stay open longer for us, and the ice cream was delicious with the extra cookies. If we are ever in the area again, we would love to come back for dinner. Many thanks for the hospitality!

02/06/2026: A very pleasant and successful stay at this charming and very comfortable inn! A warm atmosphere, welcoming and attentive staff. Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Delicious food, a very generous breakfast featuring superb local products! In short, a must-stay when visiting the region!

21/06/2026: A warm welcome, a comfortable room, Refined cuisine featuring local produce—it was delicious!—a chef who took great care of his guests, not forgetting his mother. So I say go for it, you'll find what you're looking for. Our club wasn't disappointed (there were 24 of us). If you're passing through Aincille, don't hesitate to stop by.

17/06/2026: Very peaceful and quiet. Small room and tiny, cramped bathroom. Good for one night before continuing your journey.

01/05/2026: At the gateway to the Périgord Noir region, and surrounded by many (very) beautiful sights to see and visit, the location is already a major advantage! Add to that a team that is attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, and a restaurant that complements your visits with a selection of expertly prepared local products… your stay has everything to be perfect! The indoor heated swimming pool is a welcome bonus after a busy day! Our children, Mathias and Laura, and we ourselves have the spirit of this place etched in our memories! We hope to return with another little one :) All the best and thank you again for this wonderful stay!

23/03/2026: A wonderful discovery. Located on a quiet street, away from the tourist crowds and just steps from the Champ de Mars, this brasserie is a real gem. The welcome is warm and attentive, the prices are very reasonable, and the wine is excellent. P.S. I really regret not thinking to order the onion soup here. So, until my next visit to Paris 😁 An address I recommend without hesitation.

24/05/2026: The loyalty card system is very surprising and questionable… We had one card fully completed with all 15 stamps (and another half-completed) which we presented last year at Brasserie de Loire. The restaurant owner's response: the card was not accepted. We presented it last week at Bistro de l’Olivier. The restaurant owner's response: the card was no longer valid and had been replaced by a new card valid for both L’Olivier and Brasserie de Loire. The result: we were unable to benefit from the €15 discount. Where is the logic in that?

01/07/2026: We arrived by bike and had lunch at this establishment. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the friendliness, the view, not to mention the simple yet exceptionally excellent cuisine made with local produce. Even the steak came from their own farm. Try the burger, but don't compare it to McDonald's—that would be an insult!

09/06/2026: Great traditional place for a snack, meal or drink after a hike or just to take a look at the good view. We had crepes, a cake and hot chocolate and it was very good. Also has rooms/dorms to stay if hiking. Dog friendly, and has both inside and outside seating. Recommended to book a table for dinner. In peak season definitely need to book accomodation in advance.
