09/03/2026: Thank you for your warm welcome! Everything was perfect. We had a short but incredibly pleasant stay! The hotel is charming and elegant. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent (fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs with bacon made to order, superb bread and pastries, etc.) with a lovely view of the garden. We will be back! P. & B. L. Eymery

24/10/2026: Frankly, very average. The chef is presented as a former 3-Michelin-starred chef in Menton!?! The service was very average, we chose the bouillabaisse which was so-so! The desserts weren't much better, pasty and questionable freshness.

18/10/2026: Nice historical Parisian brasserie conveniently located in the Marais neighborhood. The restaurant is authentic and the staff is very friendly. Seasonal delicious food, fully homemade, and a large wine list are proposed. Booking is strongly recommended.

16/10/2026: The ribeye steak with pepper sauce was cooked well as requested, but the sauce was too spicy for my taste, but the rest was okay.

15/10/2026: We were caught off guard because the menu we saw online was no longer the same as the one in the restaurant. Being vegetarians, we were left with only one option. The staff was very pleasant and offered to adapt some of the dishes for us. Thank you again! 🙂 I've attached photos of the menu to this review for future reference. 😉

15/08/2026: Hello, very bad experience. One of the waiters, who thinks he's Franck Dubosc, made fun of my sick grandmother… He needs to work on his sense of humor. Overpriced, a two-hour wait for a mediocre meal. The flank steak I ordered was rare but arrived medium-rare, almost overcooked. The sea bass fillet was tasteless… Unbearably hot. Everything needs to be improved.

27/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our service today. We arrived around 2 pm simply for a drink. Upon arrival, we were barely acknowledged and had to approach the staff ourselves to ask if we could be seated somewhere. The response, given in a particularly curt tone, was to direct us to a table where "there was nothing" since we only wanted a drink. After waiting about ten minutes, the person walked past us, threw the menu on the table without a word or even a glance, and then went back to attend to another table. We found this attitude particularly cold and disrespectful. We ultimately decided to leave without ordering anything. We fully understand that a restaurant may have its priorities and service constraints, but a minimum of hospitality, politeness, and consideration for customers seems to be the very least one could expect. It's a shame, because we simply wanted to have a pleasant experience.

27/07/2026: We had a lovely time. It had been a long time since I'd had such a delicious vol-au-vent... I was accompanied by my 4-year-old daughter, who was very attentive to the staff. Thank you!

30/09/2026: Discovered in Serres-Castet during a weekday lunch. From the outside, the restaurant doesn't look like much, but you'd be wrong to stop there: it's definitely worth the detour! We were greeted by two lovely ladies. In the dining room, one served us with a smile and presented her chef's dishes with infectious enthusiasm. You want to try everything! In the kitchen, the other offers inventive cuisine, using fresh and flavorful ingredients. A real treat from start to finish. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming; you feel right at home. Good to know: the restaurant also offers catering services and corporate meals, a great place to remember for professionals in the industry. Kudos to these two ladies for their hard work and kindness. We'll gladly return!

04/10/2026: We had a wonderful time on the terrace, enjoying the sunshine and a delicious meal. The staff were very pleasant and even gave us time to enjoy an aperitif. A very good place to eat.

20/09/2026: Hello, I believe this is the first time we've left a comment like this… But unfortunately, sometimes we have no choice but to make certain people aware of things. We came to eat, the meal was excellent, a little pricey for our taste, very fresh and refined. Despite everything, the staff was attentive, smiling, helpful, adorable, and above all, very courageous. Thank you again. The biggest problem with this establishment remains the owner. We had already been told, but to this extent? How can you ruin a reputation? An unpleasant owner asks her staff for everything, incapable of taking care of a table alone, makes very derogatory remarks to the staff in front of the customers. Yet the problem comes from her; she does nothing except take orders and collect payment. Very disappointing. (As the manager of an establishment, I would never allow myself to belittle my staff as you did. We tried, unfortunately. First and last time…)

16/10/2026: It's a shame we can't get in wearing casual clothes like tracksuits. Restricting access with a minimum dress code seems absurd to me. Refusing entry based on clothing is ridiculous as long as the customer is there to spend money, gamble, and keep the business going; that's what matters most to me and many others. It's like a 5-star hotel refusing entry to a guest because they're wearing a tracksuit—it's completely absurd; that kind of thing only happens in those establishments. You're just a casino; it's not the Élysée Palace.
