18/06/2026: The place is magnificent, the apartment very clean and comfortable with a terrace overlooking the courtyard. The managers are lovely, helpful, and have a great sense of humor. Breakfast and dinner were very good, varied, and plentiful. A wonderful stay from June 9th to 13th, 2026. I highly recommend it! ❤️ Nadine

16/06/2026: Passing through the region, we booked a night's stay. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean. The air-conditioned room was functional and very quiet, opening onto a large terrace with armchairs. We received a warm welcome, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Well done to the whole team!

16/10/2026: By far the best restaurant in Colmar!! We stayed 4 nights in Colmar and went to "La petite Alsace twice". Our meals was excellent, generous serves our waiter was very friendly, and the owner very accommodating. I couldn't fault anything about this place. However to be sure to have a table, booking is a must. I love this restaurant and its truly a reflection of the Alsacian hospitality and food. We were the first one to arrive and last one to leave. You cannot go to Colmar without going to " La petite Alsace". A special thank you to Laurence, Jean and Waza for this wonderful experience. I hope to be back next year all the way from Australia.

20/07/2026: There are restaurants that don't try to impress. They prefer to tell a story, the story of a region, a season, and a chef who takes the time to do things right. Chez Bonnebouche belongs to this group. Here, everything seems guided by the ingredients. The menu follows the rhythm of the seasons, everything is homemade, and this is evident in every dish. The cooking, especially of the fish, is remarkably precise: delicate, delicate, never showy. You immediately sense the hand of a passionate chef, more concerned with revealing flavors than masking them. And when autumn arrives, it's pure bliss. The slow-cooked dishes become culinary masterpieces: meltingly tender veal cheek, slow-cooked wild boar... Comforting, rich dishes that make you want to mop up every last drop. A sincere restaurant, demanding without being pretentious, where you return with the same pleasure each season. A true gem.

05/08/2026: Its a French budget hotel. This is a hotel meant to be a quick stop over in-between flights, not a holiday destination. For a couple of nights it is absolutely fine. Bar and resturaunt are fine. Rooms are fairly clean, only had one time where the bathroom stannnkkk. Most staff are friendly the rest are probably also friendly and just having a bad day. Would recommend as a stop gap

07/07/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have stayed at near CDG Airport. I regularly transit through Paris and have stayed at several nearby hotels, but this experience was unacceptable. The most disappointing part was the treatment my mother and I received from the reception staff. From the moment we arrived, we were met with cold, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior. The receptionist barely acknowledged us, answered our questions with obvious irritation, and acted as though she did not want to help us. What made this even more upsetting was watching her immediately become warm, friendly, and welcoming when interacting with French and white guests. The contrast in treatment was striking and made us feel genuinely discriminated against. The room was average at best, the elevator was unreliable, and there was no luggage assistance. The restaurant was equally disappointing. The buffet food was not labeled, making it difficult for guests to know what they were eating. When we asked staff for clarification, we were met with unfriendly looks and an attitude that made us feel like we were were bothering them. As travelers, we expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect regardless of our nationality or skin color. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Whether intentional or not, the difference in how we were treated compared with other guests was impossible to ignore. I will also be filing a formal complaint regarding the receptionist who checked us in, as her behavior fell well below the standards expected in the hospitality industry. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you expect to be treated with professionalism, respect, and equality.

19/05/2026: 26th for the "mini" burger + fries Wouldn't be a problem if the portion size were normal. Saving money on the bun size is a real shame. See photo

25/10/2026: Arriving late in the afternoon, we were warmly welcomed and able to eat as a family. The waiter and service were friendly. I recommend it. The food is very good 😉

25/10/2026: Small morning coffees to go before opening, a really nice owner who doesn't brush you off with "we open in 30 minutes, can't you read?" or "we don't accept contactless payments under €5"... and yet, they're so different... but apparently not in Saint Cyprien. Thank you for your kindness and your welcome (there was also another coffee shop the day before ;-))

12/09/2026: The food was as good as usual, however, the lack of professionalism and friendliness of the blonde waitress towards customers, and even more so towards her colleagues, made the meal almost unpleasant. It's a shame, we used to love coming to Sini's, but I don't think we'll be back because it's not at all pleasant to eat in that atmosphere. My best wishes to her colleagues!
