07/10/2026: Wednesday, October 7, 2026, Hot chocolate served cold... the waffle we ordered was forgotten after they served other customers... DO NOT SET FOOT IN THERE... We paid and left as quickly as possible... Oh my God, every man for himself...!!! One star is way too much... 😞

06/10/2026: A wonderful little spot in the heart of the historic city! A perfect place to relax on the terrace or by the wood-burning stove in winter. You can meet friendly people and enjoy delicious waffles or ice cream, plus organic and locally sourced lunches on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Reservations are welcome, or just drop in! Lola always has a smile on her face!

19/09/2026: Went for lunch before catching a train. Great location for train station. Had set menu of salad followed by steak and chips which was freshly cooked, coffee to finish. Very Good value at €13.50. Lovely, friendly service.

30/07/2026: The crepes are good, served very quickly by lovely staff. I recommend it.

01/10/2026: The "owner" gave us a deplorable welcome. He watched us from inside the restaurant and even took the time to lock the door, claiming the establishment didn't open until 12:00 PM... even though we arrived at 11:58 AM. Two minutes early, admittedly, but a little courtesy would have been appreciated. Once inside, we were seated despite having a reservation on the terrace. He haughtily replied, "You called too late to eat outside." So we left, and he couldn't have cared less. We won't be back.

28/10/2026: We went for lunch at Aux Cerises restaurant on a Saturday afternoon after visiting the Eiffel Tower. Far from the tourist traps of the area, we enjoyed a brunch made with fresh ingredients at a reasonable price for the neighborhood. A very warm welcome and friendly service throughout our lunch. We will definitely return on our next visit. Highly recommended!

22/10/2026: This is a neighborhood brasserie we stumbled on our way to Musee de Armee. Reasonably priced, quality food. Enjoyed by locals and tourists.

12/10/2026: A great place to eat, the meat is spectacular and reasonably priced for its location. Perfect after a gas station, highly recommended, a ten out of ten.

03/10/2026: We were a group of 20 bikers who booked at the last minute. We were served very quickly. The food was very good and plentiful, the staff were friendly, and the prices were reasonable. You can eat inside or on the terrace. Perfect!

14/08/2026: On our way back from vacation, we discovered a restaurant in the middle of nowhere. The set menu was €17.50 (drinks not included), offering something for everyone with a choice of several starters, main courses, and desserts. Everything was homemade. The staff was friendly and competent.

01/10/2026: Go there without hesitation! This is our third visit, several years apart, and nothing has changed. The welcome and friendliness of the owner and the lady who served us are wonderful. Well done! Even though it's a working-class restaurant, they're spoiled in this region. Everything is homemade, varied, and generous, and it delights me every day. Thank you for everything; we'll be back.

01/10/2026: A lovely little restaurant discovered during a stroll in Vals-les-Bains. Absolutely not disappointed! The appetizer buffet was very appetizing, with homemade items! The main courses were generous and beautifully presented. The desserts were delicious (homemade tarte tatin and a decadent, equally homemade chocolate fondant). A great place if you want to eat well at very reasonable prices!

22/09/2026: First time at this restaurant, and we had a wonderful meal! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly! I highly recommend it.

12/09/2026: Really terrible food. Like really. Avoid if you like not to overpay for old hummus, oily ‘kebab maison’ with lot of chicken skin and old feta cheese, and a bland Niçoise salad with soggy, overcooked vegetables. It should be said their location and atmosphere is lovely and their service ok.

12/09/2026: Disappointed. Dishes covered in limescale, meat not tender, strong and strange taste of the beef. Fries and salads were bland. Slow service with waitresses who seemed lost. Nutella profiteroles straight from the freezer. I don't understand the hype around this restaurant.

15/10/2026: café delmas has made my entire trip to paris! we drank and dined here every night of our week long trip. marie-lou and oliver are the sweetest servers i’ve ever encountered, and the sweetest people ive met in paris! we felt so welcomed and cared for by them. not to mention the food and drinks! this cafe makes me want to just move to paris! could not recommend it enough!

15/10/2026: I WISH I COULD ADD MORE STARS. Seriously! We spent 6 days in Paris and came here every single day. Marie-Lou, Olivier, and the entire team are the sweetest, happiest, most wonderful people we met our whole European adventure. They immediately made us feel like family, not to mention the food is SCRUMPTIOUS! Do yourself a favor and get a Passionfruit Mojito, enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the Latin Quarter, and have the best Parisian meal. Like seriously go here. They’re incredible. I’m going to miss it here so so much 😭💖💖💖 MERCI BEAUCOUP!!! (Included is a terrible photo of a gorgeous meal we absolutely decimated. They even made accommodations for my sweet vegetarian fiancée!!)

30/09/2026: While passing through Dijon, we booked a table at this small restaurant where we enjoyed the traditional dishes. Soft-boiled eggs with Époisses cheese sauce and snails for starters, followed by beef bourguignon with fries and cooked vegetables. The portions were generous, so we didn't have dessert. The owner gave us excellent wine recommendations. The welcome and service were friendly. We will definitely return on our next trip to Dijon.
