24/01/2025: It's already been 2/3 years since I got into the habit of regularly having lunch at the Beaux ARTS brasserie in Toulouse. It's time for me to give my opinion publicly. The Brasserie is located at the foot of the Pont Neuf and facing the Garonne, it is in an idyllic location to go for lunch/dinner. The decor, although modern, reminds me of a certain era. Whatever the season, the interior is well lit. The tables are beautifully set.  You can have a peaceful lunch there, the acoustics of the room are excellent. You can have your meal there and share moments of conviviality in discretion. I was never distracted by the conversations of other customers. The location of the tables means that we can have lunch in peace. The food is exceptional, every meal I had was always full of flavor, cooked to perfection and suitable for every season of the year. Grand Marnier crepes are the most delicious dessert I've had lately. The atmosphere is remarkably good. The service is attentive, the staff is always friendly, courteous and everything is truly ELEGANT.

09/07/2025: Trendy cafe for tourists, very snobbish, very bohemian clientele. The food is very good, the service leaves something to be desired.

01/10/2024: I leave the rating of 4 because the cocktails need to be reviewed. We tested two cocktails, the caipirinha and the Moscow mule. The caipirinha became drinkable after mixing the ingredients well and crushing the lime. Then we went inside (tapas side) and I wanted to try the Moscow mule. It was a big disappointment because there was no taste and the main ingredient was ice cubes. On the other hand, the tapas we ordered were good. It’s a shame to offer cocktails and be stingy with the ingredients that make them tasty.

01/10/2024: Absolutely not up to its reputation! Deplorable welcome, young waiters who were adorable but completely lost, pizza with non-existent toppings and a lot of dough, frozen fries cooked and recooked: they were brown! Cold fish (frozen?), club sandwich with sour salad and really too much mayonnaise: disgusting...getting a carafe of water is a cross! Finally we are asked to pay quickly and leave because the table is reserved. We often came during our holidays but the service, welcome and cuisine have gone down a lot, however the bill has gone up a lot! We won't come again despite the view.

13/11/2024: 2nd time at Alex and the same services, the same quality in terms of the choice of wines and the advice which met all tastes. We had a great time getting together with friends, we were very happy. An authentic and generous place.

11/11/2024: Highly recommended! Great little winebar with very passionate owner. Really good quality selection of wines, including many organic and biodynamic options.

08/07/2025: As usual, we celebrated family and friends. We celebrated our 70th birthday on July 5, 2025. Everything was excellent. The chicken and gratin dauphinois were excellent. The cottage cheese and farm cheese were delicious. Homemade desserts. Professional and friendly waitress. Thank you to all the staff. Marie-Ange and Gilles Gaillard

17/09/2024: Second dinner at this establishment. Jovial and friendly boss. Fast ordering and efficient service. We ate very well. End of dinner with a very informative tasting and history of Cognac.

10/09/2024: I knew this restaurant before its takeover, and it was already very good. Not only is the quality always there, but the plates are plentiful and the service is very pleasant. My kidneys were cooked to perfection.

19/07/2024: Super cozy and very pleasant setting for a dinner. Everything was very good, although quite expensive... 120 euros for two for 2 small starters, 2 main courses and 3 glasses of wine. The service was very attentive and fast. I recommend

19/07/2024: Very good experience overall An area for improvement: I would recommend that the servers write down the orders because there have been a few requests for reconfirmation and forgetting a carafe of water. (But their kindness made up for it!) Very beautiful setting and excellent cuisine

24/09/2024: Excellent restaurant. We had a very good dinner at this establishment. First of all, the setting is neat and refined with respect for the traditions of traditional French catering. The entire service team is present, smiling and ready to advise the customer. Nothing to complain about. As for the food, it was excellent. We enjoyed ourselves. The dishes are fine and of great mastery. Also plentiful. I strongly recommend this restaurant which has a rare quality-price ratio.
