21/06/2026: Delicious galettes, crêpes, and cider! The galette dough itself was one of the tastiest we’ve had. I had a comté and egg galette and it was very good. Comté gives much more flavor than the usual emmental. We also tried their dessert crêpes and house pancake. Both were good. Personally the pancake tasted and felt like an American pancake and was just ok. I’d recommend a regular crêpes more. However, the galette was SO greasy. It looked as if they had poured oil on top of it when it was done. This was unappealing and made it heavier than it needed to be. I also did not love the lack of customization possible and the harsh, unfriendly service by one of the waitresses. It felt like she was annoyed that we were there despite the place being half empty at the time we arrived.

12/06/2026: Good crepes tucked away at the end of an alley, slightly off the main street. A bit pricey for crepes, but very good, so we forgive them.

06/06/2026: A must-visit bistro, the food is always top-notch, but what keeps us coming back is, of course, the warm and attentive service from Antoine, Laurine, and Pauline, who are truly wonderful people ❤️ Don't listen to the few precious (bitter?) people who didn't appreciate the warm, village atmosphere—everything we love about the Bossey bistro! Don't change a thing!

04/06/2026: A very warm welcome and a fantastic waiter. He made me laugh a lot, very friendly. The food was good, and the place had a cozy, bistro-like atmosphere. There's a large terrace in the summer. I recommend it :)

09/04/2026: A fabulous swimming facility. Everything is clean and works well. The main indoor pool is generally heated to around 28 degrees, which is great if you are doing swim training. The staff are very friendly and helpful and can speak English if your French is limited. There is a good range of pricing options too ranging from single visit to season-long passes. Keep an eye on the opening times. Haven't used the outdoor pools so can't comment on these.

07/03/2026: A superb place to relax after a day of skiing. Clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. Perfect. And thank you to the team for their warm welcome.

30/05/2026: A terrible experience this morning at this establishment, which I've been enjoying for several years. After ordering, I paid by placing the change on the counter and left. I'd barely stepped outside when I was accosted by high-pitched shouts: "30 cents is missing!" So I went back. The waitress called out to me, yelling in a shrill voice from behind the till: "It's not two espressos, it's one espresso and a hazelnut!" "It's not the same price!" Every other customer in the establishment stopped what they were doing and stared at me. A big thank you to Roussillon for this moment of brilliance. I paid the waitress the missing 30 cents plus a tip, explaining that it was my mistake, that I have my coffee at Roussillon about three times a week and that I've never left without paying... As I was leaving, she turned on the other customers, shouting again: "That guy actually believes that..." At 60 years old, I'm not used to being called "that guy," especially not in the Gros Caillou neighborhood. I'm also not used to being thrown to the wolves like that. A reminder of basic politeness and discretion would certainly be welcome in this establishment...

03/06/2026: A stop on the Velodyssey cycling route. Location: very close to a very noisy four-lane highway. However, the hotel is soundproofed. The welcome was very friendly. The manager offered to store our bicycles safely in the corridor leading to the restaurant.

23/06/2026: A delicious fried carp and a generous slice of vacherin for dessert to aid digestion, enjoyed on the terrace despite the heat, overlooking the Saône – what more could you ask for, as Georges would say?

20/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The food was truly excellent: delicious, well-thought-out, and generous portions. But what impressed us most was the friendliness of the staff, starting with the owner. The atmosphere is warm, the decor pleasant and tasteful, and the service impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. You can tell they genuinely care for their customers here. In fact, we thought we saw a whip in the owner's hands when we arrived… she must have put it away, because we were met with nothing but smiles and genuine kindness throughout the meal 😊 In short, a fantastic place we'll gladly return to!

17/05/2026: A wonderful discovery: this intimate and beautifully decorated restaurant. A creative menu and original, delicious daily specials. The staff were very responsive despite the presence of a large group. I highly recommend it.

14/07/2026: The setting was lovely and the waiter was great! The food was made with frozen ingredients and the wait was a bit long, so I was a little disappointed.

14/07/2026: We went to eat lunch today, they charged us €8 for a Coke and €52 for two people when the till showed €44. I do not recommend these crooks.

09/07/2026: The fish restaurant is really very good. The dishes are delicious, the fish is always fresh, and the service is pleasant. The recipes are simple but interesting and well-prepared.

04/07/2026: It was a real pleasure to return to this restaurant. The welcome was warm, the products were of high quality and incredibly fresh. The salmon was superb, and my refreshing salad, a mix of langoustines and oranges, was flawless. An excellent place to eat, and therefore an excellent evening. Thank you to the owner who came to greet us.

14/05/2026: The hotel has spacious rooms; however, access via the cobbled street is quite daunting with large motorcycles. The room is well-maintained, and the owner is very friendly. Breakfast is served outside, which is quite pleasant when it's warm, but when it's cold… It's ideally located for visiting Corte.
