02/07/2026: From the welcome to the service, everything was perfect! Smiles and humor were on the menu! It was a real treat! Buckwheat galettes, crêpes—the perfect Breton postcard experience.

29/06/2026: We arrived near lunchtime and took a seat next to two people already sat down. The gentleman (who it turns out was the owner) abruptly told me they were closed (odd as it was only 11am and other customers were sat down eating). I questioned that, but he made a big thing of declaring he was the owner and they were definitely closed (repeating loudly in English to make sure we understood). The young girl sat with him seemed to find that really amusing. We speak some French so understood anyway. We walked further along and had great service at Le Bar (very friendly). We walked back along about 30 mins later to see other new customers sat down eating. Looks like it was only closed to us. I'd just avoid this place for the rude people who own it. There are better places to go.

10/05/2026: Breakfast lacked yogurt. Meat dishes lacked sauce (pepper or Roquefort). The rest of the building could use some maintenance.

06/07/2026: I enjoyed an excellent salmon bowl. You were warmly welcomed and well served. For dessert, the homemade apple tart was a delight.

10/05/2026: A very pleasant surprise! The room was lovely with high-quality amenities, excellent bedding, and a spacious, very functional bathroom. Perfect location above the restaurant. The restaurant boasts a superb wine selection, with excellent advice from the owner, who is also a winemaker, and his team in the dining room. Great atmosphere and original dishes. The chocolate dessert was exceptional. We'll be back!

10/05/2026: Passing through Martel for the weekend, we discovered Le Petit Moulin, a restaurant offering refined and flavorful cuisine. We received a warm welcome, and interacting with the staff was very natural; we immediately felt like friends coming to enjoy a meal. Thank you to the entire team and the chef. It was delicious!

25/11/2025: Hello, upon arrival, the waiter seated us and then left us for over 15 minutes. He returned and said, "Ah, you haven't looked at the menu yet" (which was hidden in a book). Should he have told us?! We asked him a few questions about the very limited menu: four starters, one of which was missing, one main course from the daily special, and two à la carte options. The waiter responded in a very rude tone, seemingly annoyed at having to explain the concept. He brought us a flat, acidic white wine, which he half-spilled on the table, maintaining his haughty and inappropriate attitude. We asked for a replacement glass. Fortunately, the food was good, if not exceptional (the terrine and pork tenderloin were unremarkable, the rich jus a bit too spicy, even though I usually love it), but the cooking was precise, the flavor combinations interesting, and the dessert excellent. But honestly, the service was appalling, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If it hadn't been a Monday, I would have left immediately! Even when it came to paying the bill, my partner, being Italian, could have spent over €50 directly without going into the card reader. The waiter, in a sneering tone, said, "Well, yes, you have to insert it." It's an old-fashioned model... I think if I were a man with a temper, I would have punched him in the face... Shameful... First and last time!

11/06/2025: We had a wonderful time at Le Grenadin; the food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch! I highly recommend it!

03/06/2025: What a wonderful discovery! I wouldn't have thought to go in because the storefront could use a facelift. And yet, what a joy to spend time in a place where the 80s decor, the warm welcome, the quality of the semi-gastronomic meal at a reasonable price, and the professionalism of the staff all contribute to a truly delightful experience. I've been telling everyone I know about it because I'm so happy to have discovered this fantastic restaurant. 🤩🤩🤩

18/10/2025: The establishment listed at 11 ter rue du congrès is absolutely not super bowl. There is a Nice canteen there. I find it hard to understand why a company like Google is unable to provide good information. Maps are becoming ridiculous and have been unusable for years.

11/07/2026: No complaints, excellent cuisine - perhaps a little old-fashioned, but everything is impeccable.

30/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our meal on May 24th (we came in 2022, and everything was perfect). The accras (fritters) served as an appetizer were soggy, definitely reheated. We also had five prawn fritters, again reheated. The foie gras and asparagus salad had a handful of foie gras cubes! The cod fillet was also reheated and dry, served with a few mussels in very little sauce and a pile of mashed beans. It was a real canteen meal. The desserts were okay. The meal was heavy, and so was the bill. €42.00 for a country inn is really excessive (I have a small restaurant near my home in the Paris region where I eat better for €17.50!). What happened? Did they change chefs? In any case, we won't be going back.

18/10/2025: Very disappointed with the restaurant since we wanted to eat. We were very disappointed with the staff who did not take care of us, I had asked for parmesan when they served me the pasta but I received it after my dish was FINISHED. In the photos of the restaurant they show us pizzas but there are not even any. When it came to paying the bill at the counter they preferred to chat with their friends they did not even speak to us to tell us the price! In short I will never go back and I do not recommend it and other people I talk to about it have noticed the same thing as me.

23/05/2026: A very bad experience. We arrived around 9:20 a.m., just after opening, and weren't served until 10:40 a.m., even though the restaurant was practically empty. And all that for three half-baguettes with scrambled eggs. We had ordered three brunch bread/scrambled egg dishes, but the eggs released a lot of water, which was really unpleasant. An elderly English couple sitting next to us didn't understand the menu or the service, and the staff made no effort to help them or translate. I had to explain it myself. We had also ordered two iced teas, but we received two grenadine syrups. Then, when we heard the kitchen opening, we realized the waitress didn't even know what iced tea was and just served a random drink. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
