16/07/2026: On day 1, we spontaneously wanted to eat here, but it wasn't possible without a reservation. Understandable. The next day we made a reservation, but we were half an hour late. We called politely about this and that wasn't a problem at all. Upon arrival, we were met by a super grumpy blonde woman who barely spoke to us, walked away arrogantly, and didn't help us any further.

21/03/2026: We came for a drink in the early evening, but the prices were exorbitant. Once we were served, after 10-15 minutes the waiter came back to ask if we wanted to order more or pay, even though we hadn't finished our drinks. I found that inappropriate. Lacking tact. The waiter was unwelcoming, unfriendly, and clearly bored with his job. Overall, I was disappointed and it was overpriced. Avoid it.

28/04/2026: For my 18th birthday, we had a lovely time at the Hotel du Lac. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and professional, and the dessert served in our room was a nice touch. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the view of the lake was superb. I highly recommend this hotel.

25/04/2026: I returned to the restaurant, enjoying a peaceful weekend. I savored a view of the lake from the shaded terrace. A natural atmosphere and attentive staff. I reiterate my 5-star rating. The madeleine cocktail was a delightful discovery. For my starter, I had plump, pearly scallops cooked to a perfect pearly sheen—simply superb, especially with the vermouth reduction. My main course was monkfish tail risotto with carrots and thyme. Dessert was a generous pistachio crème brûlée—a true delight. Never two without three!
