02/09/2026: A great roadside restaurant between Chartres and Le Mans! Ideally located on the road and with a huge parking lot for trucks. A very kind lady welcomed us to a simple but clean place, and the traditional food was good. They kindly accepted my dog, as it was a quiet day, so a tip: call them before arriving to confirm that your furry friend can come down with you. I understand their concern, as it's not very big, so if it's full and you show up with four Saint Bernards, it can be difficult 😉. In any case, a very good place for a decent traditional meal and a pleasant break on the road!

05/09/2026: We had a pleasant time on the terrace for dinner. However, the terrace is quite noisy due to the traffic on Rue Menilsmontant: buses, garbage trucks, and motorcycles. The menu offers a wide range of Turkish dishes; I thoroughly enjoyed the lentil soup and a feta galette. For dessert, we were disappointed by our rice pudding, which was too sweet with too much cream. Finally, the wait to pay the bill was far too long; it's a shame to end the meal like that.

10/10/2026: We've been coming regularly for two years, and yet our last three visits have been mediocre and disappointing. Between undercooked fries that gave us stomach problems the next day and extremely slow service for a restaurant with few customers, it was truly catastrophic. We almost left because after asking three different servers for barbecue sauce, none of them brought it to us, nor did they bring us dessert. Luckily, a waitress offered us dessert, realizing the wait was excessive, and she confided that each server only serves the tables they've assigned. So, no one was actually coming to serve us. A very selfish and almost discriminatory system. We've never experienced anything like it in two years; very disappointing, we won't be back.
