19/09/2024: What an amazing hotel and restaurant in the heart of Alsace! So glad we took the advice of other travellers and gave it a try. The highlight is the food… a very professionally run restaurant with local dishes cooked with great care and served in a lovely contemporary dining room. The chef is very talented. The wine list showcases some excellent local wines at very reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet is simple but fresh (excellent croissants, bread and local cheese and ham as well as cereals, yogurts and fruit). We were seriously impressed with the food. The portions are very generous!
The rooms above the restaurant have been given a contemporary lick of paint and the beds are modern and super comfy but the bathrooms remain firmly rooted in the 1970s (it’s a long time since we’ve seen an avocado suite!). We felt this added a certain charm and everything worked amazingly well which is all that matters after a hard day’s walking. The only thing we missed was a kettle and cups to make a morning drink.
We’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to this lovely area.

€20 in Restau vouchers for the consumer is not €20
but paying in CB is. I don't find it commercial. especially faced with a fait accompli.

13/09/2024: L'accueil étais nonchalant, pas d'ambiance, de plus la serveuse qui n'étais pas souriante ni agréable n'a même pas pris la peine de nous accompagner à notre table . Nous avons attendu plus de 30 min avant de devoir aller demander à la serveuse de prendre notre commande (arrivée : 20h15 - départ: 22h00 : nous n'avons eu qu'une crêpe . )
A noter : nous avons donc decidé d'aller au macdo pour manger notre dessert car nous ne voulions pas attendre encore plus . Le repas est très moyen . Je ne recommande absolument pas ce restaurant .

29/09/2024: Well, how can you serve for so long? We waited 1 hour 20 minutes after ordering. We were looking for bread ourselves, the people nearby were looking for glasses themselves. We ordered wine before ordering food. But it came later. How is that possible? Ruin the evening by waiting at 3 o'clock. Minus!

08/09/2024: Great traditional restaurant where the staff are very pleasant and friendly. The dishes are beautifully presented and succulent. However, I took away a star for the wait between dishes which was still quite long.

Petit reproche. :lors de la réservation par téléphone l'on ne m'a demandé de préciser si l'on voulait déjeuner en salle ou en terrasse
Conclusion : à notre arrivée à l'heure prévue la terrasse était soit disant déjà réservée
Dommage....
24/08/2024: Excellent repas...en particulier la salade de poissons grillés. Tous les accompagnements étaient au top...pain frittes mayo. A refaire...

06/09/2024: C’est déplorable, la qualité et le service en baisse, un steak trop cuit dans un burger, une poitrine de porc (rouelle de porc) qui n’a pas mijoté 8h ça c’est clair, des cheveux dans le dessert. Un temps d’attente beaucoup trop long alors qu’il n’y a presque personne. À deux reprises on nous demande si tout s’est bien passé, malgré nos remarques et notre mécontentement aucun geste commercial. Le restaurant n’aura garder que son nom, il n’y a plus rien de qualitatif c’est bien malheureux donc restaurant à bannir. Je le déconseille vivement, ce qui était encore une valeur sûre il y a quelques années… grosse déception 😢
28/08/2024: Bon rapport qualité prix, plats délicieux et correctement préparés.
Choix variés accompagnés de légumes ce qui n'est pas sans me déplaire car trop de brasseries proposent des pâtes ou du riz et des frites.

Despite being very busy, there is always room for everyone as it has 2 large internal rooms, a tea room and outdoor tables on a lovely central square

Однозначно рекомендую этот бутик-отель с великолепным расположением (пешком гуляли до всех достопримечательностей, рядом невероятные парки, лучшие кафе) и безусловное вау от вида и деталей самого отеля!
Первое что я сказала когда зашла «Вау», очень атмосферно, очень по-французски и для меня это лучшее место что бы круто дополнить восприятие Парижа!🥰
Номер шикарный, спасибо за приветственные десерты - очень приятно , спасибо за прекрасный и внимательный сервис сотрудников ресепшен и за очень колоритные и вкуснейшие завтраки! Завтраки в свой красивый номер - дополнительное наслаждение!
