18/01/2026: Once delightful and welcoming, we dined there twice in three months and noticed a sharp decline in service compared to previous years. The fish wasn't cooked through, the soufflé was too runny, and no attention was paid to our repeated reminders to the waiter about a food allergy. As a result, we had to send the dish back, which returned three minutes later, the waiter assuring us it had been remade. As if you could reheat and cook a new fish in two minutes… We regret these changes to a place that, for a long time, was a happy place for us, where kindness and good taste reigned supreme.

18/01/2026: This restaurant is excellent. Or rather, it used to be. As neighbors, we were regulars and greatly appreciated the service, the food, and especially the impressive wine list. But now, the wine selection is limited to bottles costing over 700 euros. You know, that feeling of walking into a tourist trap before you even sit down to eat. Appalling. The staff's justification? "We're having renovations." Yes, of course, that's perfectly understandable, my apologies. Then the "sommelier" arrives. "Would you like to see the menu before choosing your wine?" No, I love choosing blind. We ordered a bottle of champagne, and when we asked for a second bottle, the waiter explained that he only had one left, and it was already opened. Therefore, magnanimously, he offered to pour us a glass (I quote, "about one each"). Unbelievable, astounding. As for the food, it's become very mediocre. The service? Appalling. The bill? 900 euros for four people. Avoid this place; the quality has dropped significantly, and you'll find much better elsewhere in the neighborhood for far less.

25/01/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! I grew up in Annecy, and what I ate today was anything but a tartiflette. The potatoes were undercooked. There was only one piece of bacon divided into four, no onion, and loads of cream. It didn't even taste like Reblochon cheese. The mini faisselle cheese cost €7 and was served in its plastic bag, without sauce, cream, or sugar. I did, however, get little packets of sugar for my coffee. I shudder to think what the fondue must be like, probably made with Kiri and Babybel cheeses. And you tourists? Stop getting ripped off in Annecy's pedestrian streets. Take the time to go up to the Glières plateau, for example; all the restaurants up there are worth it. And you won't be eating cafeteria food.

04/01/2026: We have been coming to Panorama for many years to celebrate New Year's Eve. The meal was perfect, as usual, with an excellent fish dish. The waitresses were attentive and smiling; there was nothing to complain about regarding the service or the food. The 3-star rating is for the entertainment, which wasn't up to last year's standard, despite a great atmosphere and a dance group. It's also for the owners, who were tired and had been there since 5 pm, according to them, when we were informed that the establishment was closing earlier than in previous years. There was no discussion possible; they offered people the nightclub instead, and I remind you that the average age is 60. We left for the first time very disappointed with how the evening ended.

31/12/2025: New Year's Eve celebration underway. It's 10:30 PM and we still haven't had any fun apart from two trivia quizzes with software that malfunctions intermittently. No music during the interminable meal, even though the dishes are refined and impeccable. No atmosphere. Just a simple restaurant. A shame for a New Year's Eve dinner costing €128. A bit disappointed. Fingers crossed for the rest of the evening, which ends at 3:00 AM... I wouldn't recommend it for these occasions.

06/01/2026: Very mediocre burger, avoid at all costs. Frozen ground beef, frozen fries, tasteless meal, bagged salad that wasn't very fresh. The coffee was awful. The waitresses were poorly dressed.

27/11/2025: Very nice experience, from start to finish. First, welcoming, friendly staff, very nice crêpes and galettes, quick service, very good value, and they also let us bring our 2 well behaved French bulldogs. If only we were more local we would be back there in no time. Many thanks!!!!

13/01/2026: I'm rarely this categorical, but this time I was shocked. The first issue is the wait to be seated—over 10 minutes to be served... Especially since they could see the crowds were growing and didn't seem particularly rushed... They were overflowing with four tables while the rest were empty... Once we'd endured the long wait to be seated, taking our order took even longer, despite having three children at the table! The worst part was their microwave: it took 30 minutes to heat a baby food dish that only took one minute in ours... Perhaps it's time to replace it! When we ordered, we were told that more than half the menu was unavailable! If they'd told us that from the start, we would have gone to the cafeteria next door! We ordered anyway; the kids were hungry. We had no choice! And it took even longer! 30 minutes for four portions of fries, a hot dog, nuggets, and me, the red meat... Not a word of apology or anything! Fortunately, or perhaps unfortunately, they didn't ask if the meal was alright... As an aside, the table before us had placed an order, and they came back 30 minutes later to tell them they were out of what they had ordered! A disgrace for a Buffalo Grill franchise. The manager should really test his restaurant and hire competent staff. The meat was incredibly fatty and sinewy at €24 a piece. It's a disgrace. I won't be going back and I strongly advise against it. Go to the cafeteria instead; you'll be better received and served! I gave it three stars for the atmosphere because of the friendliness with the other customers who were in the same situation as us! In response to Buffalo's comment: Improving wait times and service quality starts with having competent and courteous staff. Best regards

31/10/2025: A great find at this bowling alley! Invited for a birthday, we played two games and then had dinner. The meal was really generous; the breaded turkey cutlet with cream sauce, fries, and salad was delicious, and the plate was very full. I also tried a slice of pizza, which was very good. I'll definitely be back. The staff were very friendly.

06/10/2025: Very friendly place. The food is very good. The lanes are good, but the time management is a bit tight because when you reserve a lane, the board doesn't end the game as soon as the timer runs out.
